Bought because of great battery life (true!), but sensor plates on back fell off after 9 months. Warranty not honored by Fitbit. Check fitbit forums, this is not uncommon.

This fitbit is a good tool for exercise and activity. I was very disappointed that you cannot download apps except those that are installed. The only way to get any of your reminders or events from your calendar is if you have linked Alexa to it. It lacks the ability to do several things that the Versa 2 does. Hoping that there will be upgrades/updates on some of the apps that you are unable to use at this time.

Great Smartwatch, can answer calls on it, able to track everything i need to get my sedlf back in shape.

No complaints so far-like the longer battery life. I bought the watch day before it was reduced to $199.99--would have appreciated being informed about the reduction.

This device pairs well with my phone, and I feel like it keeps accurate information. I love how it notifies me of texts, calls, and allows me to set timers. Overall very pleased with this product.

The FitBit app is great, and this is my third FitBit device. Sadly, the devices seem to be steadily going downhill. I fear this is due to Google's purchasing of FitBit and likely wanting to push people towards their line of Pixel Watches, which are generally more expensive and have far less battery life. I liked how the watch handled all the fitness tasks thrown at it, from tracking walks, sleep, heart rate, etc. When it comes time to function as an actual smartwatch, that's when you can tell that it's not the main goal. It's choppy, freezes, and requires a reboot all the time when being used for more than fitness tracking. That would be understandable, if the device was far less (think Amazfit pricing) and marketed as a health tracking device rather than "Health Smartwatch." The only reason I've rated it more than 1 star is because the build quality remains good, including the strap, and because the FitBit app is still a great piece of software.
