    I don’t use a lot apps but the ones I do i like very much, like step counting and sleep tracking. Less complicated than Apple for me. I older so this is great.

    The battery life started out good but then it seemed like it got worse and worse. Then the screen broke and I barely hit it on anything. After that it would at least track sleep through my phone still, so I kept it but after about a week it stopped doing that. Go with an Apple or Google watch instead. This one is terrible

    Worked well for 2 weeks then had a update which did not download causing watch to not function properly. Im currently waiting for replacement. Fitbit cs was great in helping. Everything else about it i like style battery life. .

    Watch is smarter than I am. Has so many features available I'm constantly looking on line for "how to" videos. I got it for the heart analysis features and they are great. Would have given it a higher but this is my 2nd watch. The 1st just stopped taking a charge after a couple of months. My wife has the same watch just in a different color. I could charge her watch on my charger but couldn't charge my watch on either charger. When I took the original back to the Best Buy where I got it the Geek Squad tech told me that Best Buy "didn't support smart watches". Fortunately I had my sales receipt with my Total Tech info indicating that I got 2 years support. I did get a new watch but if I hadn't been prepared I would have gotten screwed.

    Excellent watch. I bought this one as a gift, and she loves all the newer features. It was an upgrade from an earlier version.

    Battery doesn’t last 6 days

    This is my 4th Fitbit product since 2012 and I’ve been very happy until this one, The advertising says the battery should last 6 days and that’s just not happening. I’m needing to charge it every 2-3 days.

      Hi there, PatK. We hear your concerns with not getting the estimated battery life out of your Sense 2. The battery can be impacted by a few features — here’s what to change to get the most out of your watch:

      1. Turn off always-on display
      2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS
      3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness

    Sense 2 Worth The Extra

    Recently purchased a new Sense 2 to replace my original version Sense that had suddenly stopped working. The new features for tracking activities are better and it seems like the heartrate monitor is more accurate when exercising, which is the one complaint I had with the original Sense. Additional screens that are easy to view and scroll through provide quick access to data.

    I've had every Fitbit and this one initially was a disappointment. Brand new out the box and didn't work. Exchanged it for another one (same model) and all is good!
