I buy this watch for my wife and she lives by them and Loves them. I have always had good luck with them even when we are out of the country.

Just switched from Versa Lite, and holy moly! This is a pain! Constant connectivity problems with my phone (android), having to restart phone. Screen frozen on watch. Have to put on charger, try to restart watch, but screen is either black or the fitbit emblem is there and can't access anything on the screen. If I drop connection with my phone, I can't just turn the blu tooth off and back on (selecting the watch). I have to restart everything. This was NOT an issue with the versa lite. This watch was finally delivered last night and I have had to restart everything several times. It will work fine, then it won't. Cannot imagine I will be keeping this watch.

We returned our Fitbit that we purchased, because it was defective. We paid the $40 to have the new one set up, and we ended up having to set sone things our self. It is stull bot doing everything that it should.

Great watch but did have to do one reset as it would not charge/turn on. Online search for hard reset got it back up and running.

I got this for my wife’s birthday and she is just in love with it! She like the badges she gets for her steps lol.

I like the heart rate features and sleep monitoring. The increased features are worth the cost of the Sense 2. The straps cause skin irritation after prolonged use.

I love everything about this watch it does everything I need it to do.

Got this watch as a gift for my cousin (and also purchased for myself). I love the Fitbit Sense and so for the 2 is great! Highly recommend for this wanting to get in shape. Great next day delivery service. Got there on Christmas Eve!!!

I got this sense 2 for my mom. I helped load the app. It connected to the fairly quickly. Not really sure what all the differences are in comparison to to the one I have. It charges quickly.

Gear product! I like the fact that it works with spotify.

I am enjoying the new watch which I bought to replace my Versa 2 which died I guess.

My 73 year old dad absolutely loves his new Sense 2. He upgraded from an earlier version, and the design is similar in form and functionality, so he had no problems upgrading. Once I had the app setup, it was easy for him to use. Great watch!

Nice watch with multi-function faces available. Can easily link up with phone app, but only basic items. All advanced items have to be downloaded separately.

Really disappointed with this Fitbit. I've had Fitbits in the past, so I was excited about this smart watch one. After an update though, it kept rebooting itself to where it kept wiping out all my alarms I had set on the watch. I tried to get a replacement, but the replacement did the same thing with the update.

I love the watch!! I first thought that the size was going to be too big but I actually like how it looks. Love it!!

I love the silicone band on this watch and the size and shape of it. It has a lot of features. However, unlike all the other reviews, it will not stay charged for anything. I can’t wear it overnight because by morning it’s dead. It’s taking forever to charge I’ve only had this watch since January. So within four months it feels like it was a huge waste of money.

I love this watch. I wear it daily. Im happy with all the stats and notifications.
