Tried to switch from Apple Watch back to Fitbit and the interface and software just wasn’t enough for me. I loved my previous Fitbit watches but this one I didn’t like. Returned it after a couple days. Wasn’t for me

My Sense 2 died within 11 months and required warranty. Additionally the screen sensitivity was just off. If I moved around the watch interface it would randomly turn off the display within a few seconds and require me tapping again or conduct ghost taps. Battery life with limited use was under three days from the get go with Always On Display (OFF). Durability: Device starting showing wear and tear on frame around screen. Comfort: no complaints

I do not recommend this watch. I bought this as an upgrade. it was a horrible experience to try and use. I had 2 of the Sense 2, and none worked as designed. I had to return the first one and replace it with a second Sense 2. On both watches, it did not track sleep or any of the Health Metrics it claimed to follow. I wore each Sense 2 every night, and it never tracked my sleep. I spent days and hours on the internet and read everything possible, I contacted Fitbit support, and they could not help me. I reset everything several times and uninstalled it. Fitbit support was supposed to send me a return label, but they never did this. I returned both to best buy for a refund. I was very disappointed.

I’m not really impressed with this watch and it’s features. It was difficult to set up, there are very few apps for it, and it’s not at all user friendly. I gave this as a gift and the only reason i didn’t return it was because he had an Android phone.

Keeps shutting off even though it has a full charge. Help at the fitbit site was not helpful So if you purchase this product get Best Buy's protection plan so if you have this issue you can return or exchange it.

Terrible value for the price. It works OK but it's missing many of the features from the Sense - even Google Assistant. I can't understand why a google product would only offer Alexa! It's a definite downgrade from the Sense and I assume they're doing it to promote the Pixel watch instead. Very disappointed and I'm returning it

Has issues synching even with latest pixel 8 phones. Absolute waste of money if phone and app can't sync.

Very disappointed in this Fitbit Sense 2. It does not stay paired with phone. You cant receive calls/notifications or other functions that require it to be paired with phone and/or Fitbit app. It requires manual pairing several times a day to use the functions noted above. WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?? Again very disappointed!! I owned a Fitbit Charge 4 for several years and never had a problem with the pairing function. The Sense 2 is way to expensive for what little it dose.

I did not enjoy this product at all, it vibrates for no reason all of the time and now I can no longer turn it off. It is sitting in a box, useless. I am unable to return it now as it is too late, as I am out $250. A nice gift, turned into something horrible. It never worked right from the beginning, and I have gotten a replacement at least once. DO NOT BUY THIS.

    Fitbit Sense 2 Defective—UGH

I ordered a Fitbit sense 2 online and it arrived relatively quickly. However, it is defective. Upon startup, the screen goes to a big red X and then black. The display doesn’t come on. I tried troubleshooting using the Fitbit support tools and even called and talked with a technician. They said I have to return it and they will send me a new one after they receive the defective one back. Ugh.

I love it! The first time I answered the phone call I ran to my phone thinking the other person couldn’t hear me. I was so happy to find it let me talk to the other person in the watch! I feel like I got an Apple Watch now. :)

The FitBit Sense 2 proved to be a major letdown as it mysteriously called it quits within a mere 4 months. Shockingly, our attempts to seek help from Google yielded no results, leaving us in the dark with a malfunctioning device and unanswered questions. Consider steering clear of this unreliable fitness tracker.
