    I had significant difficulty trying to set up the Sense 2: tried for two hours without success. Made an appointment with a member of the Geek Squad, who spent an hour and a half making the same attempt. After getting multiple large red Xs on the screen, it was decided that I should return the item for a credit.

    The watch was fine, the app is not. Not very user friendly compared to Garmin or Apple Watch.

    Terrible product. Do not purchase it. It does not notify for WhatsApp calls or regular calls. Please, for goodness’ sake, avoid buying this.

    Wife loves it. Wish it would have more app integrations to Samsung phones. Wife has not figured out how to turn off alarms from the watch.

    Wore this sense2 2 weeks and it just stop. my old fitbit i had about 20 years sense 2 is junk.

    This is my second Sense 2. I returned the first one because it stopped working. I was able to get a refund for the defective watch. My second watch stopped working seven days past the return policy. They are only suitable for 60 days. Now I know why Best Buy stopped insuring FitBit watches. They are NO GOOD

    Not not that different compared with versa 4. And the period and ovulation tracker it’s basically as the Flo app

    I've had this item less than 24 hrs and have had nothing but frustration. I have deleted app and device and started all over with no resolution. I've been on phone chat with support for over an hour and while one issue was resolved for the moment, I have a couple others still not working properly. I plan to return ASAP.

    Doesn't allow the full suite of FitBit apps that have been developed over the years. Made it a walled garden making it less useful that my previous FitBit. Returned.

    If you dont need the whole smart watch aspect but want a sexy looking fitness tracker this is the best way to go.

    Be careful when buying some Best Buy, they only have a 15 day return policy. Tried to buy my wife Fitbit, and when we tried to Return it, we were passed the return date. We wanted to return it by a laptop instead couldn’t even get a credit that is poor Customer Service.

    Had it less than 2 months, won’t keep a charge, Best Buy won’t exchange it….

      Press and hold the button on the side for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

    I really like everything about it. The only thing is, it keeps dropping off of bluetooth and I don't know why. Other than that, it works great.

    one of the metal charge on the back came off. now fitbit states since its over a year by 3 days its not covered under warranty

    I finally got my watch but went through heck to get it. It finally took me going to the store and express my displeasure. The staff member immediately went into action and I got it the next day. Will not buy anything again from best buy.
