Good fitness tracker. Works well with the watch. The screen is a little touchy and jumps at times and opens programs when I’m just scrolling. But other than that it is a good smart watch with a lot of sensors and much cheaper than an Apple Watch.

I've had Fitbit for years and this new advanced smartwatch is awesome! It has more features that are excellent. Only think I don't like is that I can't use stretch bands on this. I would recommend this watch to everyone.

It's just what I was looking for. I needed the heart rate & EKG features for my heart problems. I have only had it for a month, but they both seem to be pretty accurate. Like all the choices offered for watch bands & the thickness of the watch. It doesn't stick out from my arm like so may smart watches do. Has been a good purchase for me.

The Sense 2 at this time is a step down from the Sense. The only positive thing I can see is that it's thinner and lighter weight. There are several features that cannot be found on the Sense 2 that the Sense had. There is a grayish frame around the watch face that is easily seen, even if you have a watch face that has a black background. The one in the original Sense had a black frame that couldn't seen when you had a black background watch face. Many of the watch faces I paid for in the Sense are not available, no Google Assistant. No apps available for download that aren't built in, not even a calendar app. My Med ID app not available. I cannot find the ECG app. I'm returning.

Easy to use and comfortable. I was able to connect my phone to the watch very easily. I love using it when I walk every day at lunch...keeps a log of my exercise.

Love the Fitbit Sense 2! It is easy to use and I am thrilled it is easy to change the band so I can easily change it with my outfit.

I love my sense 2. It is very accurate and is helping me to manage my arrhythmia and tachycardia and avoid pushing my heart too much while recovering from my heart event.

My Fitbit watch delivered to my door. After several days, I realized it wasn’t functioning properly. I went to Best Buy and easily exchanged it for a replacement. I was surprised it was such an easy exchange. I am very happy with my new Fitbit watch it does everything I need it to do.

Overall improvement from previous Fitbit but nothing grand. Can’t use the blood sugar function unless you have a glucose monitor and at that point why bother with a watch monitor for it? Not a huge fan of the silicone band, but I purchased a different band and it was easy to switch. Ordering and delivery from Best Buy was quick and easy.

Too much like my husband hates accessories and this one doesn't bother him at all.

I wear it, and sometimes it just randomly turns off and then right back on. And the amout of charge it takes every few days. Like come on. I feel like i charge it more than my old one. And when i move my arm the background turns on, and i have it turned off to where i use the side to turn it on.

My husband enjoys the Sense Fitbit. We do wish we could have more options for larger numbers on the screen.

I love the watch but the screen stops working randomly but I can't prove it to best buy so they wont return it.

I have really enjoyed having this Fitbit. The battery life is much better than my previous model.
