Comfortable, works well, battery last long and captures heart rate and exercise details

I’m excited about my watch. You can hardly tell you have it. It’s light!

Been using Fitbit Sense 2 for a couple years . It’s easy to use and accurate. Several friends and I enjoy it. Would recommend it without hesitation

I like all the features of the watch, but if i had know I would have to charge it every day I would have chosen a different one. I had a fitbit before and the battery lasted well over a week. It's a good watch with good features, but be aware that the battery life isn't very good.

Works great. Battery life is about a week if you track exercises every day. Less if you use GPS

Great watch! I like the metrics it measures and tracking different exercises. Relatively pretty comfortable band, size, and weight. Decent battery life. I can easily go for days without charging. The only con is some info doesn't load sometimes, like the weather, sleep, and readiness score, unless you go to the app and sync to the watch. This is a bit inconvenient.

Light weight, great to use, and gives detailed responses on what excercise is doing what.

Ive had a fit bit before but i really like this one so much better. Good product.

Just what my wife was looking for. Has more smarts than originally thought. Sleep tracking seems to be good if band is secure

Great Smartwatch, can answer calls on it, able to track everything i need to get my sedlf back in shape.

Bought for husband died after 2 weeks use, decent battery life.Not as good as fitbits were before google. Best Buy was very good with replacing watch new one is still going strong

I really like this watch. It monitors my heart rate and sends me messages when I get stressed out. It helps me track my steps. I love how customizable it is too.

I'm brand loyal to a fault and have had multiple Fitbits. Even knowing that the latest and greatest Fitbit smartwatches were scaled back, I still went ahead and got this one. I loved and really didn't notice the lack of third party apps or no Google Assistant. The screen is bright and sharp. Fit great and didn't notice at night when I kept it on for sleep monitoring. Unfortunately, less than two weeks after buying it, I took it off when washing my car, went to take it out of my pocket and dropped it from less than 3 feet (or however high my waist is). It hit the blacktop pretty softly it seemed, but when I picked it up, there was a chip on the edge of the screen and a crack across it. I was beyond disappointed. I'd never had a Fitbit break on me before so guessing it hit exactly where it would break. I didn't buy any protection, so shame on me. The two takeaways are Fitbits are still good watches and I may consider buying the protection in the future (but probably not). Experience buying at Best Buy was outstanding. Not their fault that it broke.

This watch was an upgrade for me. More options to track health-related stuff. There was a learning curve with nit much instruction, but I have prevailed anyway. I woukd orobably buy this one again.
