Great tracking and battery life. Reason for the 4 star being that a “flagship” smartwatch/fitness tracker should have at least some kind of functionality for wifi or music. Also a word to the wise - if you’re new to smartwatches/trackers, watch out for wearing it too tight. I wore it at a fitting I thought was snug to get accurate readings but it would give me a daily rash until I loosened it a notch or two.

I’ve had this watch sense April. So far I love it. I’m 19 and have heart problems and possibly pot’s syndrome. This watch helps me track my heart rate and see how it reacts. I love the design and how I can wear it practically anywhere. Only complaint is the band it came with broke out my skin leaving a bad rash and left a mark for several weeks. I ordered new bands off Amazon and haven’t had a problem since. Besides that I would recommend and love it.

Love everything about my Health Smartwatch. The color band is perfect. The number size is easily readable. The Smartwatch tells me everything I need to know on a typical day in my life.

Very happy with the improvements. Only thing not sure of is how to access the ecg part. Very little in instructions. Love the battery lasts 6 to 7 days.

advanced features of this watched is far better than that of Versa 2. Have yet to explore all that it offers. A better value alternative to Apple watch at a much lesser price.

Best fitness watch. I tried samsung, google but they have all fell short if you wanting a true fitness watch.

Excellent smart watch with amazing features. Love the style and the ease of usage. Highly recommended for people on the go.

Its different than original Sense. Lighter anf smaller. Love the button back. Takes less time to charge. Its a learning curve. Be prepared like changing windows on your computer. Apps are are different. Read the manual. Just like Sense you had to learn . They will update as time moves just as Sense did. Its wasn't perfect out of the gate.Had it 24 hrs, getting into it.

Love Fitbit! It’s Al I have owned for many years. No need for an expensive Apple Watch that you have to charge every day and pay for a cellular package. I get text and phone calls on my Fitbit.

Bought for wife to replace an IWatch. She had to charge the IWatch every day. She loves this way better and it actually does more.

This was my second FitBit and it was easy to setup and get operational. Many more features, easy to viewing screen. I love it!!!

Replaced my Sense that stopped working. My research of other brands lead me back to Fitbit. Based upon value, features and ease of use. This has proved to be the best watch for my use.

The FitBit app is great, and this is my third FitBit device. Sadly, the devices seem to be steadily going downhill. I fear this is due to Google's purchasing of FitBit and likely wanting to push people towards their line of Pixel Watches, which are generally more expensive and have far less battery life. I liked how the watch handled all the fitness tasks thrown at it, from tracking walks, sleep, heart rate, etc. When it comes time to function as an actual smartwatch, that's when you can tell that it's not the main goal. It's choppy, freezes, and requires a reboot all the time when being used for more than fitness tracking. That would be understandable, if the device was far less (think Amazfit pricing) and marketed as a health tracking device rather than "Health Smartwatch." The only reason I've rated it more than 1 star is because the build quality remains good, including the strap, and because the FitBit app is still a great piece of software.

I got this to try and take better control of my health habits. It has lots of information on me, but the documentation leaves a lot to be desired. I have a hard time accessing the info and then deciphering what it might mean. I think it's a good item, but it is not very easy to navigate. Plus, when you are using the features a lot, the battery life is really shortened and it saps the phone battery, too. Haven't given up on it, but it isn't easy.
