I purchased the Fitbit Sense to replace my Versa, which I had for seven years and absolutely loved. Unfortunately, my experience with the Sense has been nothing but frustrating. When it arrived, the box was already open, which should have been my first red flag. I can’t help but feel like I may have received a refurbished or previously returned device. Updating the firmware was a nightmare. The update kept crashing, and it took me several days of researching and troubleshooting just to get it to complete. Even after that, the issues continued. Whenever I set an alarm and press the side button, the screen turns completely white, and I have to restart the entire watch. This makes me worry about how long this device will last, especially compared to my Versa, which was reliable for so many years. I truly wanted to love the Sense, but the ongoing problems have been disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had returned it the moment I saw the box was already opened.

I like the sleekness of the watch and the features it provides. My favorite feature is the connection between my phone and watch.

Great update to the original Sense watch. New features make it a no brainer to move to the latest version. One star off for the relatively expensive subscription to get the most out of all of the features.

Good product, but it seems Fitbits, like almost all other electronic products now, are made to break after 2 years for companies to continue making money as ost companies lose money if their product is too good. My first Fitbit I had for 4 to 5 years.

I love my Sense 2!! Battery life is incredible and it has all the features I need. I replaced my Versa 2 with this smartwatch. The Sense 2 is about the same size but sleeker and has all the same functions plus some really nice new ones. Also love my weather watch always on watch face!!

Love it. Versa finally died after 5 years and needed a replacement. Chose the Sensa 2 over the Versa 4 and do not regret it. Just needed to buy a stainless steel woven band to replace the one that came with the watch. Easy to figure out the features and has a good feel on my wrist.

Love my Fit Bit and it holds a charge all week. I'd definitely recommend it.

So far, this is the best version of a Fitbit product I have owned. I was offered $70 off with 1 year warranty from Fitbit, but found same offer with Best Buy and with my Total Tech membership, I received 2 year warranty and free delivery!

A step up from my charge 5 a big step very nice seems to be very durable jumped on the opportunity during Black Friday sale cannot wait till Christmas to get here to remove my charge 5 and add my new sense 2 and have all the bells and whistles of a fitness and smartwatch

Good multi-purpose device. Comfortable, stylish and efficient.

I purchased this as a replacement for my Apple Watch series 6 Nike that up and quit on me. This is a decent device but I would not purchase it again. I returned it and purchased another Apple watch series 9. I suppose if you have never had an apple watch you would not miss the the seamless features and the connectivity with your other Apple devices if you are not an android owner.

Battery life is exceptional. Performs as expected. Putting on the watch is a bit of a challenge and im hoping the velcro bnd will help.
