More Headaches

I exchanged it, and ran into the same issue with the new watch. I factory reset my phone sldo and it still would not connect. I looked online, and it’s apparently a common problem with these watches, with NO solution. I just ended up returning the watch.

Trying something different next time

Posted .Hi there, NicoleH. Sorry to hear you having trouble with keeping connected to your phone on the Sense 2. Here’s a few steps to resolve this problem:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device
3. Check your phone permissions

You it connect to your smartphone and akl of your emails, notifications and phones call are easy to access. I recommend the product.

It's been a really great watch. I wish fitbit would have the option for somethings other than a silicone band as it gives me a rash but quality is great. However the battery does not last but about three days on a full charge.

I really like the Fitbit sense 2 and the app that runs it. Great battery length and charges fast. Larger screen would be nice but overall, it seems very durable and works great.

It's Ok

Features are nice but for many of the features you have to utilize an app. Stand alone features on watch would be better. Very limited wrist bands available. Those that are are limited in style, size, and materials. I hate the Silicone bands they do not breath and they leave rash even after washing. The bands are cheap make a good fabric band that breaths and stretches.
