The sleek look and colored dashboard is truly amazing. Coming from a Fitbit Iconic, this was a great upgrade that I wasn't sure of originally. Now, I'm absolutely positive I made the right choice.

I had the previous model but had to get a new one as I dropped the first one and shattered tge screen.. I do think the phone function is better than the previous model.

She had an old Fitbit but this one has more features and actually looks like a watch. The screen is vibrant and she said the band is comfortable.

I originally thought about getting a cheaper one to see how he liked it but this was worth the extra money. It’s comfortable and makes him want to be more active. Couldn’t love more!

Fitbit Sense 2 That Won’t Work!

This is the third one I have purchased over several years. I’m sad to report that it is AWFUL! The GPS will not connect so for me, it is essentially useless. Geek Squad could not make it work nor has Fitbit customer service, so far. I bought it Feb 17, and it is useless. Best Buy didn’t offer to assist in any way, saying I was beyond the 14 day return period. I’m at a loss as to what to do next. I paid, with taxes $213.00. Looks like I through that money away!

I dont need the functions of smart watch! I had a Samsung watch and switched to this fitbit and I'm very happy with my purchase !

Bought this one for it's advanced features and using them all. I am a little disappointed in how often I need to charge it - does not hold a charge for more than a couple days
