Really disappointed

I've had Fitbits in the past, so I was excited about this smart watch one. After an update though, it kept rebooting itself to where it kept wiping out all my alarms I had set on the watch. I tried to get a replacement, but the replacement did the same thing with the update.

It hung up once when i was trying to change watch face.

Took the old one in and they exchanged it without questions

Sense 2-- not bad but could be better.

I like it and what it does but in some ways it has less functionality than my Versa 2. No way to connect wireless headphones on the Sense2. Third party app installation is gone. The apps Fitbit offers are very limited. I do like that you can answer the phone and talk directly through the Sense2.

Very disappointed

However, unlike all the other reviews, it will not stay charged for anything. I can’t wear it overnight because by morning it’s dead. It’s taking forever to charge I’ve only had this watch since January. So within four months it feels like it was a huge waste of money.

Posted .Hey there, SandraH. While we’re glad you're happy with the fit and size of the Sense 2, we're sorry to hear you’re running into issues with battery life. The watch should have up to 6 days of usage on a single charge. Here’s some tips to extend the life of your device:
1. Turn off the always-on display setting.
2. Avoid using the GPS continuously.
3. Dim the screen or turn on auto brightness

Posted .Thanks for reaching out about your Sense 2, 1RWB. While we’re glad you're enjoying most of the health functions, we hear your concerns about the SpO2 not recording. Here’s a few things to check to make sure your device is working optimally:
1. Turning off any SpO2 clock face or app permissions can cause the feature to stop functioning.
2. You must sync your Fitbit device with the Fitbit app before the clock shows your SpO2 data. Note that it may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you sync your device.
3. You must get at least 3 hours of quality sleep. Data is only collected when you’re still. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get SpO2 data.
