    I had this for a year now and I had to contact customer service 3 times due to back metal piece falling off. Honestly save your money and get something else. I just got my new refurb replacement anf this time I could not contact and it said this product was stolen or locked. Like you guys sent me this replacement.

    This is my fourth or fifth Fitbit. I really appreciate the Fitbit app. This Fitbit is more advanced than previous models, and records more information. I hope it will continue to work as well as it has for the five months I have used it.

    Bought watch for a fitbit fan. Unfortunately we had to return one watch and at less than 6 months the replacement is having a problem. Im going to call fitbit, but we will see what there customer service is like.
