I also love customer service because they are so helpful when something goes wrong with the watch.

It uses the same App on my iPhone that my old Fitbits did. Probably will never use some of its capability. It does a lot of things that you really cannot access if you do not have the annual membership which is why I gave it a 4 and not a 5.
