Stopped working, wouldnt take a charge after 5 months

It's a nice watch but battery life isn't as long as advertised and I was unable to activate the promised 6-month Premium trial

I have the first one and i like it. So naturally i like the Sense 2. However, it over compensate the mileage when i track my hike.

Great smart watch. As expected all the bells and whistles. Not crazy they removed Google smart home support.

Overall the watch functions very well, however, it is missing music tracking i.e. ability to pause click on next track etc.

Nice watch. Great that I can see texts and answer calls.

I had a regular Fitbit that keep breaking, so I upgraded. I’m glad I did. This Sense 2 has so much more to offer and it looks great!!!

I’m really appreciative of the upgrades in this model.

Just a really “vanilla” smart watch. Do not buy the subscription that comes with it as the free version has pretty much everything you need. The app interface itself is horrible for iOS and the watch has very basic functionality. It can’t control music on the iPhone. I do like that it’s waterproof and it’s been really helpful for sleep tracking and distance tracking.

Its a great fitbit device, my wife loves it. However google is actively trying to hobble the device by removing all third party services without providing any alternatives. As things stand now Google just added google wallet and maps services but there is no music player & no assistant support yet. Given google's history not sure when google will drop the ball and leave the device permanently hobbled.

Just what my wife was looking for. Has more smarts than originally thought. Sleep tracking seems to be good if band is secure

Excellent product works great, connects to my Samsung phone with no problem. Has everything i was looking for and the body temp tracking is pretty cool.

I really like how this Fit Bit watch records so many health issues. Best Buy did a wonderful job of making this purchase and setup so easy!!

I really liked this watch, but i was allergic to the band. And they didn’t offer me a different band.

I had this for a year now and I had to contact customer service 3 times due to back metal piece falling off. Honestly save your money and get something else. I just got my new refurb replacement anf this time I could not contact and it said this product was stolen or locked. Like you guys sent me this replacement.

Great for tracking your habits! I use it at work where it’s fast pace and I’m always on the move, it’s so comfortable that I forget it’s there.

Love my sense 2! I really like the 02 monitor and being able to see my sleep habits.
