    Excellent product. Was purchased for Christmas to replace an older model, and it was easy to set up. It is perfect with keeping up with and having a healthy lifestyle!

    I had this for a year now and I had to contact customer service 3 times due to back metal piece falling off. Honestly save your money and get something else. I just got my new refurb replacement anf this time I could not contact and it said this product was stolen or locked. Like you guys sent me this replacement.

    Very nice watch and great battery life. Sensors are great, the only problem is connection to a watch. For some reason, watch kerps falling off the Fitbit app.

    I would’ve loved this watch but it didn’t have everything I was looking for. Also, having to pay more money just for the extra necessary fitness things when that’s what this watches main point was is a bit ridiculous to me. I returned in within a few days and just got an Apple Watch.
