Works until charger melted just outside of warrant

This is the 3rd for it that breaks down for whatever reason literally right when warranty ends. Thank god for credit card extended warranty.

I don't like the layout of the watch. The fearures are not user friendly. I would not recommend thos watch.

While the watch is designed to be worn on your left wrist, you can change the wrist setting in the Fitbit app to match the wrist that you wear your device on to get the most accurate data. Great device but cumbersome to use.

Highly reccomemd for the array of features and the price but if you’re looking for an extension of your phone I would recommend getting a Pixel or Apple Watch.

No third party apps

There aren’t any third party or music apps available for this product. I could go on a run with just my watch and wireless earbuds to listen to music I installed. Now I have to carry my phone to listen to music through it instead.

Died within one year

Additionally the screen sensitivity was just off. If I moved around the watch interface it would randomly turn off the display within a few seconds and require me tapping again or conduct ghost taps. Battery life with limited use was under three days from the get go with Always On Display (OFF). Durability: Device starting showing wear and tear on frame around screen. Comfort: no complaints

Poor choice of a fitbit

Help at the fitbit site was not helpful So if you purchase this product get Best Buy's protection plan so if you have this issue you can return or exchange it.
