Love it I love all the amazing things it can do it will even let you take phone calls and read texts I have a older Fitbit but this one is amazing compared to the both of them

It’s a nice watch with a cool style but it does have some flaws. I on numerous occasions had to re connect my watch to my phones Bluetooth.. does not support all music platforms which was a high deal because I do not use Spotify nor Pandora. I returned the watch due to that..

Watch has a ton of features. It is pretty oversized and heavy though. Easy to transfer from another fit bit.

This watch is a little difficult to set up, but there is a website that is very helpful. Even phone-in customer service. It is actually a very good smart watch with many features to help with a person's health and physical activity.

It's way better than my previous smartwatch. I definitely recommend to anyone.

I am very happy with the FitBit Sense. I am wondering why it says 6 days of battery life, but mine lasts only 3 days. Easy to charge. 6 month premium trial requires a credit card entered.

Enjoying the fit bit sense. The steps goals are good. The voice assistance is good.

Surprisingly helpful. Since working from home my activity during the day has decreased. With the hourly reminder to get up and walk I have been getting in my 10,000 steps a day..and sheding pounds is a plus.

Good smartwatch,only drawback, you can't play music locally.

Similar to older models with more bells and whistles. It offers more features to play with. Its clarity has improved making easier to read and is user friendly making those additional features actually usable.

Full function, but the sleep analysis is often short on time.

I took it as a gift to my friend, he liked it a lot. easy to handle and light weight.

Great upgrade from my versa 1. The added GPS and features is a huge plus. The Google assistant was just recently updated and added and so was answering phone calls by the watch. Overall with the latest update it has been a great succesor!

The watch is great easy to use. There isn't an explanation of why they falsely advertised it on their website it said it had fall detection originally it does not. This is on Best Buy more than anything else

I like the watch and several of the features. It gets three stars because the Wallet App is constantly asking to be setup. I am not finding a way to turn it off and clearing the screen on the watch is not easy. About 25% of the time the notification is in the way.

This watch is nice but the price is a little much and you still have to.make in app purchases.

This is my third FitBit, all purchased from Best Buy. I lost the first, too bad for me. I replaced it, and i had such issues with it i speed wearing it. This year I decided to try it again, and it was a costly mistake. I purchased the Sense, and it has never worked correctly. 1. Won't sync for phone calls or texts 2. Music Won't sync 3. Well, nothing will sync properly 4. Sometimes, the text will sync for a few minutes but that's it 5. Calendar Won't sync 6. Pandora Won't sync 7. Sleep app no longer works 8. Strap ripped out of the blue. Seriously? I cant even wear it more. Don't waste $325.

This is a good watch. Not as simple to use as my previous one. I’m not a fan of the single button.
