The watch worked fine until it suddenly died. No warning. I contacted fitbit and the refused to help because the warranty of 1yr was over. Too expensive for a single year product.

Replaced an old iWatch. So far the watch is working as expected. Still need to learn how to add apps and use all the features on this watch. Love being able to customize the bands like on the iWatch!

This is my third Fitbit and by far, the nicest one. The fit and finish are top shelf and the extra features are really nice. Now I can answer my phone without taking it out of my pocket. Really like this new Fitbit.

This is a great smartwatch. It provides all the information I need when doing my morning walk. It is also helpful at the gym on a treadmill. The band is very comfortable and can be very .easily adjusted

Replaced my Charge 3 with the Sense and I love it. The only drawback so far that I noticed is that I can't upload my personal music playlists like I used to be able to. Music options could be expanded.

I’ve had my Fitbit Advance for a year. I wouldn’t get another brand. It has every I need. Ability to monitor steps, heartbeat, water, meals sleep. Lots of free apps to choose from.

Works as expected. Bluetooth is flakey. Not a fan of the side button.

Nice fit bit but hard to understand for those without a lot of app experience.

I really like the ease of use, and how comfy it is. I am still trying to understand the different vibrations that occur throughout the day. I would recommend this watch to anyone interested in learning more about their health!

Second attempt at this watch. First one I had to return because it would not hold a charge.

I went from the Charge 3 to the Sense, so it is going to be significantly better. So far it seems a bit more accurate when reading HR, but one of the downsides is the fact that it does not auto recognize more exercises like stair climber or weights. I would give this smartwatch 4 stars had it been about 75 dollars cheaper.

Much easier to use than the garmin. More accurate. However when there are 2 Fitbits in the family, only one can be followed in the app. Also it seems like there is information from the sense on the charge 2.

I really enjoy this Fitbit I have been a Fitbit user for years I never been a premium member. When I purchased the sense I got 6 months free I enjoy the premium membership. I’ll probably keep it when it runs out

I love this little thing! It's fantastic for helping me stay on top of walking 10k steps per day, plus it gives accurate heartbeat per minute readings, and much much more. I still haven't fully used all of its features.

Not as feature rich as the Apple watch but better for activities

Good, but not as good as my old Fitbit Versa. I like the Versa app better.

This is my 1st smart watch , I'm finding new stuff on it that I can use in my daily life. Being able to answer the phone on my watch is nice since sometimes I don't hear my phone ring in the layers of clothes when its cold.
