Ok watch. Kind of cheap looking. Might as well get a Apple watch for that price.

When you have Premium service, it drains battery. have to charge it every day. not happy about the lack of availability of medium size bands. its either too small or the bands wrap almost back around to the watch again. it makes watch droop to the side of my wrist instead if middle where it should be.

Fitbit is not the most robust of the watches. It is also not the most elegant of the ones. So you always need an alternate watch for special occasions. Software is very weak when it comes to restting and sometimes the watch goes into bootloop. Frustating.

Replaced by Ionic with the new Sense........... Bad move.... The new sense has more health apps but the face is very small. It is very slow to sync and for some reason, will only sync manually. The sleep score doesn't show on the sense even though the app is updated and synced. If the Ionic was available, I would have sent the sense back.

Amazing watch it does so much and is fairly accurate. It can’t compute you using a wheel barrel to move stuff around and it calculates it as bike riding. Highly recommended.

So far so good. I like the feature and overall easy to use. The ECG is a nifty feature but sometimes doesn't read your pulse and get inconclusive results, but it's not a deal breaker.

I have an old Charge 2 that was dying and waited for the latest and greatest.. which isn’t so great. It’s beautiful and has a great build quality. I really like the way it looks on my wrist, but I think it’s going back tomorrow. I was really looking forward to being able to go for a run with some music without having to have my phone hanging like a gladiator shield on my arm. This device is not one that will give me that freedom. The GPS seems moody and spotty. The music options. Ugh. So... I can use Pandora.. but it just picks three of my most played playlists whether they are workout appropriate or not. Or I can choose from their list of workout playlists. I can control Spotify with it though... when lugging my phone with. Why bother having on device music at all? It has a temperature sensor to help with stress or something.. and a not yet enabled ECG... but for $200 are two sensors of questionable use and a barely functional music player a deal? I don’t really think so. This device lands in a weird spot that I don’t see a use for. It’s extra sensors, cruddy music, and pretty screen and nice build are not worth $200 more than the Charge. It’s price puts it up against the Apple Watch, which may be annoying to charge but would be so much more functional. I could run without my phone with an Apple Watch and listen to what I want to listen to. So, it doesn’t justify its price delta from the Charge 4. it’s not functional enough as anything other than a pretty Charge 4 to compete with and Apple Watch. It’s just a product that I can’t really think of a target audience for. If you want the pretty screen, get the new Versa. Otherwise get the Charge 4.. or something else entirely.

I love my fitbit. The new style of band doesn't catch on clothes or other things when I'm busy and active. The smooth feel is easy to clean. All the new apps are great. Checking the weather is so convenient.

The only thing that I would add is a button to stop and start the timer. As a football official that would help a great deal. I have to use my old Fitbit charge when officiating my games.

Depends what you're after. I was primarily looking for heart rate and ECG functions. ECG is iffy at best and the app feature doesn't track heart rate like I thought it would. Also not sure how I wake up with anywhere from 50-150 Steps already in unless I'm walking in my sleep (maybe I am).
