Nice, small and functional device..easy to maneuver and operate. Battery life is so..so

Takes a while to do updates and I wish the warrenty could be offered sooner upon purchase or there were protection items available because it is very fragile. Not much different from v2. Size could be larger for the average individual/males. Love the fitness aspect.

More features and better connectivity than the predecessor...

5 months in and my wife's Fitbit sense won't charge as well.  Tried all of the suggested cleaning and new charging cables but still not good.  I called Fitbit support and they were rude.  I have had 4 Fitbits and this is by far the worst.  Customer service has never treated me this way in the past.  I was willing to overlook the problems with other versions due to good customer service in the past but they have really out done themselves this time.  This is the last Fitbit I will ever buy and you should all consider doing the same thing until this company gets itself together.

Ordered online for same day pick-up. All worked out very well. Also the Fitbit Sense seems to be a very good smart watch for Health monitoring. Even monitors you sleep patterns and provides weekly reports.

Purchased for my wife and she is very happy with it. Would definitely recommend this watch.

good feature to have ECG monitoring, however, the view style for options on the main screen is difficult to navigate sometimes. The wake screen feature is flawed and takes several wrist turns/screentaps to turn on. can answer calls on the watch, but you can't even hear or speak on the watch and it says that is a feature

Good for providing a benchmark of activity, not sure how accurate the sleep data is

OS touch is slow to respond aka lags at times, hopefully this gets better with updates

Far more app functionality than the other smaller fitbits but still seems inaccurate.

I love it! I love that it tells me my body temp at night when I’m sleeping and gives me hourly reminders to drink water and to get some steps in, especially since I work from home at a desk all day.

Great watch, it’s compatible with Android and IOS phones.

I am enjoying this smartwatch the most out of all the ones I have had. All the info that it gives me, the connectivity are top notch. I would buy another one of these if I had to buy one today.

Battery good. Charge quick. Not really user friendly.

I love this watch but return it because it had difficulty charging after a while. I latter found out others had similar issues from a face book group. Someone in the group recommended an off brand charging cable to fixed this issue. I already returned it so i cannot verify this.
