Fitbit is great for tracking your steps through out the day, Is gives you the feel of an Apple Watch because of the touch screen great add on to the Fidbit.

Purchase was quick and easy. Had no problems setting up the Fitbit and it has helped me keep track of my heart rate and my calories without me giving it much thought

I could not get the Fitbit Pay to work, so I returned it.

So far so good. I've had several Fitvit watches and this is pretty cool. I like the ability to answer my phone from my wrist.

This watch is great. My husband is able to receive calls on this watch. The sound quality is amazing on both ends.

Battery life not as described but not Best Buy fault

Very poor step counter. Which is one of the main reasons for getting a Fitbit. It will count steps as you drive, and anytime you move the arm you are wearing the device on.

Tremendous. Love the health metrics. Superior to Apple Watch for health an fitness, if not as a Smartwatch. Love the interface.

I use Fitbit watch since 2015, and this model is very nice with a lot things about health like SpO2 and stress measures. Really very cool.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my Mother. It was easy to setup and has a lot of health feature that I think will benefit Mom now that she is getting older.

This was purchased for my wife. She is very pleased with the line of Fitbit products. This is the latest purchase and she is very happy so far with its performance.

I was very excited to get this for my wife for Christmas, sadly we had to return it just after 3 days, the red light kept blinking, the screen constantly rolled and the plastic band made her wrist sweat. Expected a lot better product for the price of over $300.00

I like Fitbit watch but I like Fitbit App the best.

I don't use it. don't even know where it is. But when I did use it, it was great! I would honestly recommend it to anyone!

Got the new Sense and really enjoying it. Has so many new functions helping me keep track of health concerns. Great buy.

I really like Fitbit have owned them in the past. This one has all the bells and whistles. Glad I waited to purchase the Fitbit Sense.

There is potential to make this a great product. The real time HBR tends to be off, especially during exercising. The watch reads 90bpm, instead of the ~140 bpm mine is actually running. When I look at historical stats for the day, the HBR is much closer.
