I have been using various Fitbit models for nearly 10 years. They missed the mark with this one. Do not waste your time or money! It has been around 2-3 months since I purchased the Fitbit Sense and the battery life has already dwindled. When it does die (quickly), it completely scrambles all of its settings and refuses to sync anymore. Besides the other obvious reasons, this becomes annoying when a random alarm goes off at around 4AM because my Fitbit thinks it's 8AM. The screen won't time out anymore either, so it dies even faster. I was already cranky about the new monthly pay model Fitbit introduced for "extra features." It's hilarious for a $300+ watch to come with limited features. The Sense has been used as directed. It hasn't been exposed to water (even though the use directions state it can be), it's been charged properly, etc. I have grown weary of hard resetting the device from the ground up just to make it sync again and reading forum posts about how to manage this piece of garbage. There is absolutely no reason for it to be so useless after such a short window of time and use - of course, the window is long enough to be out of range for return. Go figure. This experience has sealed the deal with Fitbit products for me. I'm done.

so-called button is terrible, not enough screens could use a different strap, screen doesn't auto turn on a lot of the times, software needs work. Like the feel of the watch, but bring back the buttons

Broke after one year. Software glitch makes it mostly useless now.
