Waste of Money

It has many features, but the battery has a big problem. The customer service was not much of help. My earlier sense would show 50-70 floos climbed per day which was totally wrong. Customer service said to turn of this feature -- Such a GOOD EXAMPLE OF PRODUCT FAILURE

Just stopped charging

I tried all of the troubleshooting options on fitbits website. Even bought a new charger. Still won't charge.
