Very cool watch with a lot of features, but the battery life is SO short. It is supposed to be 6 days but I have to charge every other day.

Fitbit isn't nearly as customizable or accurate as my Garmin Fenix 5x was. It counts distance while driving and you have add driving as an activity to remove any stats. It doesn't auto pause in the walk activity. The wrist strap has got to go. It's difficult to put on and as I'm trying to slip the end underneath the opening, it pulls on my hair. You can't remove exercises that you'll never use. At this time, can't think of 1 thing that it does better.

The product itself is pretty good. I’m an Apple guy and it’s no substitute for an Apple Watch in my world but it was for my mother in law and served her purposes well. Unfortunately the screen broke when she fell and it is impossible to get it replaced - no parts! So, ultimately she didn’t have it very long. I wanted something that would monitor all her vitals for peace of mind, but she ultimately replaced it herself with something cheaper and more durable, which is a real disappointment.

Bought it primarily for sleep ratings. Does not keep accurate track. If I get up for a minute, it thinks I went to bed twice. Many mornings it says it can't get an accurate sleep score because of inconsistent heart rate. I tried to get help from Fitibit but they had no answer and were no help. I bought the Watch 3 and have not had any problems,

I got this watch to track my heart as i suspect i have POTS. The additional features were just going to be a bonus. Sadly, both turned out to be underwhelming and disappointing. The GPS on this thing never was able to connect. The supposed "apps" you can get are the equivalent to the janky phone games you'd play back in 2007. Not only that, the heart rate monitoring was highly inaccurate. I know that it's a two year old product already but sheesh.

Great look, more added features, fitbit never seems to let me down.
