Overall, it works well, but it does not always register my FLOORS. My biggest issue is that it records about half as many calories and distance than my elliptical. If there is a setting to fix this, I haven't found it.

It was a Christmas for for my wife, She seems to be enjoying it and trying to learn all the features. It was up and running in a matter of minutes.

My wife’s third Fitbit model and the one she likes best. We shall see if it lasts longer than the others (Versa & versa 2). More built in features than we found for more $ in the Apple Watches. Good size readout and clock faces easy to search and change Thru the App

I loved it when it worked. I purchased this end of September. Mid June it no longer charges. I don’t shower or swim with it, and I don’t sweat heavily so it is not water. I am currently working with Fitbit for a replacement. The new firmware update has caused a host of battery problems.

I had to replace my Fitbit Ionic as it was recalled and discontinued. Though I like the style of the Ionic better than the Sense I like the overall performance of the Sense. The battery lasts a long time. It has the most features of any Fitbit and works seamlessly with the Fitbit app. Overall very happy with it.

I upgraded from the Versa 2 to the Sense and honestly it was not an upgrade. The new “features” that separate the sense from other models are pretty inaccurate from my experience and not extremely useful. Also the onboard GPS is extremely unreliable. If you are a long distance runner it is really frustrating. I can’t properly track my mileage with this device because it’s constantly losing connectivity and resetting. I think I’m actually going to switch back to using my Versa 2 because I’d rather use Bluetooth with my phone than throw off my runs because I’m waiting for the Sense to work. I wish I would have skipped this entire purchase.

I love my Fitbit Sense. The newer features are great for tracking my stress levels and practicing mindfulness. I love the reminders to move and the messages and tips it gives me about proper sleep and hydration and exercise, etc. You do have to have a premium membership to access certain features, but it came with six months free membership. Worth to me for keeping up with my wellness. And purchasing the Squaretrade insurance was helpful and worth it too. They replaced my Fitbit with a brand new one after I dropped it and cracked the face.

I really like this watch - it has a sharp display, excellent performance compared to earlier Fitbit watches, lots of features (such as ECG), etc. I guess my biggest complaint would be they provide lots of data about your well being (e.g. average skin temperature while you sleep), but next to no context about why you would care about any of this stuff. Oh yeah, and they replaced the side button with some sort of haptic feedback notch. Honestly, a button is easier to deal with as sometimes it isn't obvious whether is being correctly pressed (especially during a workout when you are tired).

Just bought it. Good so far. I'm not tech savvy so I was quite overwhelmed at first with so much information but gradually settling in with help from tech support & realizing it was a good choice for the money.

I love this watch! I can even answer telephone calls on it. The phone locater is great since I have a tendency to misplace my phone, I've used it 3 times already. The ECG is easy to use. The app even tells me how much I snore at night! Lol. didn't think I would like how the watch band fastens but it has been easy to use. I am a bit disappointed that it doesn't hold a charge as long as my Versa, but I expected that because it has so many great functions on it.

    Fitbit Premium Ripoff

The reason for my 2 star review is that the watch died right before the 1 year warranty. It was replaced which was good. So then I was given a trial for Fitbit Premium, which I was automatically billed 1 year for. Then the new watch died after 6 months with 6 months still to go on the Fitbit Premium. No Reimbursement for Fitbit Premium, if you pay for a year. So be careful when subscribing to Fitbit Premium for a year, you will not be reimbursed if your watch dies,

High end fitness watch. No instructions in box, all documentation is on line. Watch works great. Charging system greatly improved over the Ionic. Still working on the learning curve.
