This watch tracks my steps perfectly, which is what I needed. It goes above and beyond by tracking heartrate, SPO2 and so many other cool features like playing music from my phone and answering calls.

Fitbit Sense is the latest iteration of incredible watches that have been critical to my health. (Surge>Ionic>Sense) Each watch has been a powerful improvement on the previous versions. Fitbit incorporates its watches with a broad range of programs, websites and training videos. For my medical team and I, these have been a powerful asset in my care. For instance, before Fitbit tracking my sleep, I was averaging 3 to 3 1/2 hours of sleep a night- Now in the 6 to 8-hour region. Tracking has impacted my personal care, workouts, and nutrition. Physicians consider me a medical miracle. The range of sensors incorporated in this watch, in addition to programs and accessories, make this watch a must to improve your health and well being. Read the manuals, knowledgeable research, and utilize the information and actions recommended- This watch is a powerful well-conceived partner in your quest for better health.

I bought this one to upgrade my current Charge 5. It's a great watch. I really like the number of watch faces available. Unfortunately this watch felt heavy and bulky probably because I'm used to Charge 5. So I returned it and continue with my Charge 5. Which is very lightweight and waterproof.

nice looking watch that has a lot more function than my old original versa. GPS, SPO2 sensor, ECG, etc... I do miss the physical buttons a little, but I will get used to it. Love the Always on Display

Looks good. Still waiting on ECG to get cleared in US. It seems like it is not generic wireless charger. Dont work on third party wireless chargers. But overall, features and looks are decent than its predecessors.

I love the six day battery life but sometimes it seems like it's maybe 5 days. I only use it for monitoring emails text and phone calls insteps. I'd like to turn off the heart monitor but the sensor does not give you that opportunity. I hope they change that in any upcoming software version. I used to have a Pebble but the battery life can't it kept getting less and less and this is a good replacement especially at the cost point of $200.

Great smartwatch unless you lift weights. The heart rate monitor is basically useless for this. I've been back and forth with Fitbit and the response I'm getting is that it's a known issue they are working one. But they offer no timeline or even possibility that it will be resolved. Basically they said tough and restated the return policy. Customer service has been absolutely terrible. I think the Google takeover ruined Fitbit. I will not be supporting this product line again.

My Fitbit Sense died after 14 months

Check all the 1 star reviews. Lots of recent bad reviews for people owning it less than 2 years. I loved my Fitbit sense until it died after owning it for less than 14 months! I used it all the time for running, keeping track of my steps, heart rate, miles i walked and ran. It was great until it died 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. I spent $250 on this Fitbit sense and I expect it to last longer. Contacted Fitbit warranty department and I asked them to send me a new Fitbit Sense. They said no but offered me 35% of a new Fitbit. Told them I will not waste my money on another Fitbit product. One good thing, I purchased Best Buy's TotalTech Membership and they extend the warranty from 12 months to 24 months. So they will either repair it or give me a new Fitbit

Very functional and easy to navigate. Battery life is good but not great. It does recharge very quickly and I like the display options of wrist, button or always on a lot. And finally, the price compared to the Apple VI is very reasonable.

I started with a Fitbit Charge HR several years ago, then upgraded to the Samsung Active. I wanted to upgrade some of the health metrics and was comparing the Apple Watch 6 vs the Fitbit Sense. Ultimately I decided to go with the Fitbit Sense due to the extra health metrics it offered. It paired easily with my IPhone 12. Haven't had any issues. The step count seems to be much better than my previous watch versions. I also like the ECG feature. And of course, the hourly reminders to get up and move are helpful for those of us with desk jobs! The battery life is soooo much better than my previous watches. Overall I have enjoyed the Fitbit Sense.

Upgraded from Fitbit Alta HR. Love the clock face - very easy to read outside. Many exercise modes to choose from. However, the treadmill mileage is WAY OFF. Can’t change the mileage so the only choice is to delete and manually add. Being able to answer calls on the watch makes me feel like Dick Tracy! Whoever thought that would be possible!
