Great product to help you reach your fitness goals. I rated this as 4 stars because of the band. The device is amazing, the features and capabilities. However, the band is cheaply made. Be careful with the band mines broke fairly quickly. I had to replace my band already.

Watch works good when it works. The problem I have is it will not stay connected to phone. I have a Apple 6s plus. Have to remove the watch and reinstall it so it will connect again and I can receive text and phone calls. And there is no set time frame for these problems. It can be one day or a week. Reluctantly I would recommend this watch.

I love my fit bit!!!!! I had one a few years ago and I was trying to get back on top of my fitness so decided to return.

Worked for 13 months (albeit with buggy functionality, disconnecting to phone and Spotify repeatedly). Then it started to have issues charging (would only charge about 1/2 the time, requiring a lot of tinkering). Now it won’t charge at all despite doing all of the possible troubleshooting. Completely dead. Fitbit has a one year warranty and the product dies at 13 months. That speaks to the poor quality of their devices. I spoke to their customer service and they offer a 35% discount on a new device. I told them that they scammed me once for $200, not again. Unfortunately, lesson learned. Don’t waste your money on fitbit

The overall low number of stars are for the device - best buy has been nothing but helpful. I've been on the Fitbit platform since 2015 and this is my fourth device; and the first that I called the customer support to place a return order. The heart rate sensing is a bit off with this one - my average heart rates for my workouts has dropped ~35 points since I upgraded from Ionic to Sense, which, to be honest, is a dampener for workouts as well. You'll have to tie it on your wrist extremely tightly to be close to any level of accuracy that you're used to with an older fitbit. Also, the ECG is a sham as it's a premium only feature that you need to pay $10/month. If you're upgrading you probably took the premium access that Fitbit was offering during the pandemic - so you can't even try the feature without paying extra money.

I've owned Fitbit devices before and this one is the best so far. It is easy to use and the screen is easy to read. It has several different functions and they improve the use of the Fitbit!! I have small wrists but this one is not too big at all. Easy to recharge and gives you a notification when it is time to move!!

Bought for my wife and we share tidbits. Chose her with different band color to make easier to separate. BTW, one of our lawyer sons exercises constantly and he reports Fitbit is terrific for fellas like himself with the energy to put it thru the action times.

Love this watch so much! I’m an Apple user but decided on a FitBit instead of Apple Watch for the additional health features and incredible battery life. I am not disappointed! It’s not too big or bulky, even on my tiny wrists, tracks all my data great, I love the silent alarms that I can set right from my wrist, and I love that I can answer a call on my watch when my phone is on the charger. I will definitely buy another FitBit when the time comes but I expect this will last at least a couple of years as I am quite rough and it has already sustained several impacts with no visible ill effects.

grateful the watch came with longer band. one attatched was waaaay to small. not much heavier than the one i had before. battery could last longer.

The Fitbit sense has basically the same look as the Versa series. If you liked the Versa 2, you won't really notice much of a change compared to that model and given its heftier weight feels more premium. The strap attachment is much improved with a clicking release mechanism that pops out the strap rather than a really fiddly tiny pin that you can lose and can break with ease.

I bought this as a gift for my mother, she seems to be enjoying it. She has an android device and it works well with it. She did have some issues setting it up and trying to change the language on the device to Spanish after some quick google searches the language in-app and on-device are both in Spanish working great.

Bought it for a friend who has Afib. She couldn't figure out how to use the EKG function.

I love the design of this new Fitbit. You do have to pay to get Fitbit Premium to get the extra features. That being said, the battery life suffers greatly if you employ alot of these extra features. I have to recharge the watch every 2-3 days to sue the oxygen sensor and other features. I removed apps I really didn't need because they suck up battery even more.

I have loved this watch ever since I purchased it.. I have worn it every single day it has been accurate as far as my step count. I have used the ECG scanner. Although you are not able to make calls you can receive them and you can sand you can send short text message replies

My wife enjoys it the only times she take it of is to charge it or to shower.

I have had this for a year now and it works great! there are many clock faces available for free and some at a cost. It syncs easily with a Samsung S9. This FITBIT is helping with my health goals.
