Easy to setup and use. Information very helpful and accurate. I have a large wrist and band fits very well and comfortable.

I purchased this item to keep up with my vitals daily to include while I am scuba diving. Watch is supposed to be water proof, It is NOT. Fitbit did send a replacement watch after first one quit working.

Love this device, especially the sleep and heart tracking features. Seriously glitchy though. I have to restart it about every other day to get it to sync the data on it. I replaced the band to a more comfortable band after the first week. The stock band it too rubbery, and uncomfortable.

Brought this for ECG and EDA scans for my father-in-law and is working well for him. He uses it daily and checks his stats several times during the day. The battery life lingers for around a few days. Overall, a good value for features that it provides.

This watch along with the paid application (you get 6 months free) work great. I am learning and setting new goals everyday. The graphs and charts it builds from the information it collects is great.

I have owned many Fitbit products in the past, but then switched to conventional watches for approximately 2 years. I purchased the Versa 2 shortly after they were released and fell in love with Fitbit again. I was torn between buying the Sense and the Versa 3. I chose the Sense because I was intrigued by the Stress Management Score and EDA Scan; however, I question the accuracy and usefulness of the information provided. The wrist skin temperature never provides you with an actual temperature, just your variance from the average. I do like the potential with the daily symptoms tab which allows you to track symptoms associated with a temperature. To play music, you need a Spotify, Pandora, or Deezer premium account, which I do not have. Deezer does provide you with a free 3-month trial that enables you to download some music lists to your Sense. Unfortunately, my Pixel Buds connect intermittently, which is annoying. The ECG App and Google Assistant are features that are yet to be added. Clearly, without turning all features off, I do not believe you will ever get 6+ days of battery life. Sure, the Sense has more sensors than the Versa 3, but unless you are looking for the specific additional data, I am not sure the extra money is worth it. The Sense may be a bit overpriced, perhaps that is why it also comes with 6 months of Fitbit Premium for free.

Works well. Fills a gap for the want if an Apple Watch but not an Apple Watch.

I like what I have but still having trouble finishing the setup.

Got this as a gift for my mom. She had the Ionic before and was in need of upgrade because she wanted to be able to make calls. It’s been great so far. She wasn’t a fan of the band that came with it though,

I bought this as a gift for my sister, so I haven't used it myself. Typically Fitbit products I've had in the past have been decent, but she has had to send this one for replacement and the replacement is not working now, so not sure if this product is the exception to the rule. I'm sure some people have had great luck with it, but so far my sister is not very happy with it and doesn't use it because it doesn't work.

Works for a while sometimes it connects to the app on your phone Wouldn’t turn on after a few months

Great product, looks nice. My wife likes the app and all the health features that come with it.

Throughout the years I was never a fan so wearing watches or activity trackers. I have purchased various fitbits and Apple watches but never stuck to them. But this Fitbit sense might be a keeper. I like the fact that it is monitoring my heart rate all day and tracks my activity. There is probably cheaper alternatives that do the same exact thing but I feel that compared to the Apple Watch, this might be the best bang for your buck if it’s on sale

Purchased this FitBit Sense to replace my old Sense. I fell and cracked the screen on my old one. FitBit Sense has been a wonderful smart watch.

Bought this for my husband as a gift, he loved it! Only thing he was not a fan of was the battery life on it.

There was a sale, the product was great but I find it at a lower price

This is my favorite watch hands down. Much better than Samsung watches. Easy to set up. Comfortable wrist band. I love the charging feature. Much easier than the early fit bits.

I have been a fan of fitbit for a long time, it has helped me lose large amounts of weight twice. However, I've given it four start only because this model is causing major skin irritation. I've been suffering through, however its now unbearable.

Love it! Service was not that great because the sales guy knew nothing about the product.
