The information you get regarding your health metrics is cutting edge. I realize some of the health metrics may seem unactionable in the short term. To me the real value is that you establish your baseline and can monitor changes over time. Potential changes can inform you of actions like seeing your MD or monitoring improvements related to other health improvement actions you have taken. The battery is much improved over my Ionic.

Good deal for the price. I bought this for my wife because her old Fitbit finally gave out. She originally wanted the Luxe model but after trying it on, the display was too small so we returned it. This Sense model has a much bigger display and is very user friendly. The main reason she wanted a fitness tracker was because of the step counter, that’s where Fitbit gets iffy. Unfortunately you cannot manually turn off the step counter so when you’re driving a vehicle or cooking it keeps logging steps when you’re not moving. So far that is the only negative thing she has told me. It does come with Alexa and links to your phone which is a nice feature for the price of the watch compared to say Samsung or Apple.

I like that it has a long charge life, gives me more information. I love the comfort of the Ban as well

This watch is not easy for older folks to understand and use. I bought this for my mom, who is 70, and it confuses her. Also, the quality of this watch and charging cables is an issue. We've had to buy 5 new charging cables in 16 months, which is ridiculous. Fitbit customer support was unwilling to help us with this issue, blaming us for how we are charging it. They didn't ask for any pictures or any details to assist with troubleshooting. I wouldn't recommend this watch or Fitbit in general based on this experience.

In order to truly use this watch you have to pay into a subscription. I’m returning this watch Fitbit just makes this watch to complicated to want to use there are no features worth the price of the subscription! Go with Iwatch it may not have all the features for health this watch advertises but it doesn’t make you subscribe to anything

I had a Garmin that failed at the 24 month mark. I bought this as a replacement. The Garmin was superior at some things, the Fitbit is superior at others. I am totally unhappy with the available watch faces, at least those that are $0.00. I like the ability to record food intake so that I can monitor both intake of calories and burn rate. Compared to the Garmin, the Fitbit sleep monitor is sub-optimal. It consistently terminates the sleep period when I get up in the middle of the night... as a I do almost everynight. It has lasted at least 9 months, I am hoping for more than 24 months at the price paid for the instrument.

The Fitbit Sense is a nice addition to my gadgets. In addition to keeping time it tracks your activities like a regular Fitbit watch, but it does quite a bit more. It tracks your temperature, your oxygen level and can give you an EKG with a PDF file to print and take to your doctor. It also charges a lot faster than other Fitbit watches. That to me is worth the Black Friday price. Buy it.

After one year (ONE MONTH outside of the warranty) the Fitbit started on a constant rebooting loop. I have tried all of the factory reset suggestions (not even given to me by customer support, but found through YouTube videos, as customer support suggested absolutely nothing). WAYYY too expensive to die after one year. Will not be purchasing from Fitbit again.

I love this purchase! So far so good no glitching just runs out of battery quicker than my inspire hr! It was easy to set up and figure out how to use, definitely worth the price!

Definite upgrade from my versa. The band is more comfortable as well. Better battery life.

This was purchased as a gift for Christmas. After receiving it she was extremely pleased. So if she likes it I'm thrilled. It performs like a charm. So we are completely satisfied.

Overall ok, a bit over priced for the quality of the tracker.

FitBit only gets better. This product comes with a free 6 month Premium Membership and I am using it now. Each new addition gets more and more personal. Makes it really nice.

My favorite fitbit so far. Its got alot of extra the prior ones didnt without being too much extra.

The Fitbit Sense I bought a month ago was a gift for my husband. t It was east ti set up and he has thoroughly enjoyed using it. He likes to keep track of his steps walked during a day and the 10 minute to the next hour vibration warning to get in more steps before the hour ends has been a great motivator to get up and move! I think everyone would enjoy this watch. Fitbit SENSE.

Love this watch. I was so happy to see it on sale at Best Buy.. I am a Total Tech Believer.

Love my watch! Can't leave home without it! Don't really need all the oxygen extras, but I like the fact that you can pick up the call with this one.
