I bought this tracker because I love all the features that is comes with and they are a good quality tracker as well as a time keeper.

Great health tracker, I use it mainly for the health side of things so not as much as a smartwatch. Pros: - ecg sensor is cool - great battery life (4 days minimum, can usually get 5 though) - bright screen - can use always on display - new charging port that is magnetic and awesome Cons: - Can't use old straps from versa 1/2 (not a huge deal though)

I have a Versa 2. The only thing I didn’t care for on the Versa 2 was the band attachment design which was derivative of the old Blaze. That is the only significant improvement on the Sense/Versa 3 where the design is MUCH better then previous Fitbit solutions. No more fumbling with pins. I like exchanging the band out on a nearly daily basis so this is a welcome improvement. Now they just need to start making bands. However there are too many issues to justify the upgrade. 1. UI is sluggish. Screen response time can be slow to point where you are guessing whether or not you actually swiped the screen or pushed the button. 2. The button or lack thereof is a PAIN. It refuses to recognize my thumb when depressing. I have to contort my index finger to get it to work and then press VERY firmly. . THEN at random times the button will register against my arm if I flex my wrist just so! The actual physical button on the Versa 2 was much better! 3. The ECG is a manual process. The watch does not monitor in the background. I don’t understand the usefulness of this feature if you have to manually test all the time. It should be automatically checking In background at periodic intervals ( once an hour? ) 4. The SPO2 only works if you use the ( ugly) clock face supplied by Fitbit! Forget installing other clock faces through the store if you want to monitor SPO2! 5. Nebulous metrics. There are a host of metrics with absolutely no insight into the meaning relative to your overall health. For example, Heartrate variability. No documentation offered to explain the usefulness of this metric and how this could be symptomatic. Overall , I’m a bit disappointed especially when compared to the Versa 2.

Light and conformable to wear. The device is not cheap and yet it still doesn't allow full access to all features without a subscription. Fitbit is too greedy...

Not really happy with this purchase I made. It stopped working after 6 months. Fit bit replaced it for a new one, after 4 months stopped working as well.

I love my Sense Fitbit. I had a different model and when it stopped charging I decided to upgrade. Wise decision!

A great health and wellness alternative to the Apple Watch that is more affordable. The battery life is amazing!

My wife and I loved Fitbit before Google purchased it. When Google purchased it, we lost a lot of the features we'd grown to use and love.

Bought it for my wife to replace a bad (out of warranty) fitbit charge 3. She LOVES it. She especially loves the health and wellness suite.

I recently took advantage of Best Buy's trade up program, and went from my older Fitbit Ionic to the new Sense. So far, the new smartwatch has really worked well. All new tech vs. the Ionic is quite impressive. Another thing that I appreciated is how well the new watch synched up with my phone app, and it allowed me to delete the older watch. The graphics are quite good, the interface with my phone for e-mails, phone calls, texts, etc., also works very well. I have been very happy with the purchase and hope to buy a workout watch band once they become available.

My Pops loves his Fitbit he tracks his movement and is. Nor to keep tabs on his heart.

While the sense has a nice profile, it is a limited watch. There are very few applications at this time. If you are looking for a watch that is purely focused on fitness then this is ok but at a significant price hike, the cost of this watch is comparable to the Samsung and older Apple watches but lacks the features and applications. Also the Sense can sometimes get very sluggish forcing you to reset. the battery life is good and it is waterproof but if you are looking for a watch with more features and apps, this is not for you.
