Hasnt lasted a full year yet now the battery isnt working and it will not charge. trying to see if i can get it fixed before the warranty is up

My wife is actually love this better than her Apple Watch.

I bought the Sense for a fitness challenge a year ago due to my Samsung Sport dying. For the most part the Firbit did everything it advertised but when adding it to your Fitbit account buy the warranty because Best Buy doesnt sell it for this brand. A month into owning it the charging cable was shot so ended ordering 2 more. Barely a year later the unit no longer syncs to the app nor to my Note 20. Fitbit customer service isnt very helpful for this issue. Ive unitalled the app, reset the phone, removed everything bluetooth connnection list to try to get it to work no avail. Now it is no longer holding a charge. For the money you pay for it you would expect it to last longer. I would not recommend this for anyone. This is the last time i buy Fitbit anything.

Perfect smart swatch, does absolutely everything that the others do, the mrs. loves it.

The features are amazing. There are some improvements needed but it’s a great purchase.

I was excited to get this watch but my excited died very quickly. The first time i had to charge it, it would not change. The connection between the charger and the back of the watch just would not work. I returned it, thinking there was something wrong. The replacement watch would not charge or sync. This watch overall was a failure. I had to return the second one too. When i called Fitbit to get help, they offered to send me a replacement watch - a refurbished reclassified new watch for by brand new 14 day old watch. Are you kidding me? They also refused to return the $60 warranty fee i pay telling me it non-refundable, even though their watch did not work and i no longer had the watch a couple of weeks after the initial purchase. I have owned and purchased about 20 Fitbit watches. I will never purchase another one. Their quality has severely diminished.

I like the fact that I can read my Fitbit without my glasses.

This Fitbit is just as good as the Apple Watch, but at a fraction of the price. Love it!!

This is a replacement for a Versa that my wife had. She loves it.

It's good, I am already using Ionic, I like fitness apps and quality of measurement.

Didn't keep. Far too complicated for me--I prefer not to take a lot of time learning how to use a new device, and this one was not out of the box ready for my purposes.

Love the look and all the features this watch offers. The health insights is awesome.

Bought as a gift and it seems to be working well and worth the upgrade over the ionic.

Love the FitBit, I gave them as gifts for the family.
