Like a lot of products with a great deal capabilities, in a very small footprint, it takes a while to figure out how to utilize everything, but there is a good website and user community

Terrible- overheated and won’t sync

Went to charge it and it got very hot and shut off. Won’t sync half the time. Now BestBuy won’t take a return, saying 15 days. Wasted $200+. Won’t but Fitbit again or BestBuy.. will buy from Amazon like everyone else. Sad that Amazon has better service that going to a store .

Not worth the price, but it's the only reliable tracker out there in its class, in my opinion. Battery life is about the same as previous trackers. The screen on this tracker is brighter and more user friendly and its slightly thinner making it very comfortable to wear while sleeping. The band is the same as previous models as well. Overall, it's more up to date, but cost more as well.
