Overall, an amazing product. Only complaint I have is that my charger broke after only a month, but hopefully it was just a faulty charger. Best Buy Customer Service gave me a new charger when I went back and were very helpful and friendly!

I live my Fitbit Sense! It has so many things to offer, lots of apps and the tracking features are great. Very pleased with my purchase!

I experimented with a few different smart watches before I landed on this watch. I was apprehensive because I had a Fitbit in the past and was not impressed with it. With that being said I'm so glad I bought this. This watch does every thing i need and more!

Shockingly impressed!! I was a Samsung watch guy for several years, I moved to this for the health tracking it has. Love it.

Works okay in measuring steps but has a faulty strap which causes the watch to fall off your wrist. It’s really annoying and I can believe they made a product with such faulty straps.

Had this 11 months and it now has the "reboot loop" error in the software that makes it unusable. This is a known error that has happened to many people recently. The watch screen will show the fitbit logo then vibrate then turn off and repeat until battery is dead over and over. When this started I was just sitting on the couch watching TV and it vibrated so I looked down and now my watch is useless. I have tried all the reset suggestions from the others and like the others that have this issue it will not resolve itself. Waste of my hard earned money!

Great product but had to ultimately return. Decided to stay with Apple ecosystem. O2 levels can not be measured on demand, I was only able to see results after nights sleep. Was hoping to be able to measure it whenever I want but can’t with this device. Watch faces are plenty but most of the ones I wanted were at a cost with limited customization for user. Would recommend to anyone who’s already in Fitbit ecosystem or with Android, for apple ecosystem the Apple Watch would be my recommendation.

I bought this as a gift for my father, who needs an extra large band. Unfortunately those are not currently available for this model, but I found that the Fitbit Versa extra large band will work with it, but it will not match the looks, feel, or texture of the stock band.
