The program does not tell you when you need to do an update and it shuts itself off and there is a burning sensation after wearing it for about 4 days.

I purchased the Fitbit Sense. Although it is similar to the Apple Watch 6 series. I returned it. I did not like that I couldn’t download my music. The Fitbit Sense was very hard to pair with my iPhone 11 pro as well. I could not get it to connect to my wifi. Also, you will need to purchase a premium account to listen to Spotify or Pandora. I went with the Apple 6 series. I had an Apple Watch before and decided to try the Fitbit Sense. It was not a good fit for me. I decided to stay with the Apple brand.

Bought this watch extremely disappointed with it. My Regular Versa has 4G of internal space for music. The Versa 2 only has 2G, Now the Versa 3 & the Sense has NONE. Love my Versa because I don't have to lug a phone around with me when I am working out. It is just one more thing to lose and keep track of. Love all the features of the sense but at this cost you would think you should be able to put music on it.

Love this smart watch's capabilities. I wear it daily. I dont like the band design. Instead of the end of the band being on the outside its is inside next to the wrist. It rubbed small blisters on my wrist. Had to get a non Fitbit band. Added liquid glass to the display and a year later it still looks like new.

Fitbit Sense is an excellent smartwatch with great battery life.

Worked awesome for awhile then got stuck on the logo screen and now thats it its toast.

I like the watch. It does all the fitness things right. I wish I could reply to texts from it, and initiate calls from it. Hopefully they add some features later on for this

It's a good watch but that's about it. You have to have a $60 subscription in order to get the most out of it

I have been a customer and user of the Fitbit ecosystem since March 2012. My last "upgrade" was to purchase the Fitbit Sense at the price of $299.99. To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement. This watch has lots of new functionality and cool apps over my last Versa 2 smartwatch. If it worked, this device has loads of potential. Out of the box, directly after picking up at my local store, this device will not charge. I received the device with 93% battery life and am now down to 37% despite plugging into the supplied magnetic charger. While plugged in for five hours, my battery continues to drain. There is no charging indicator, and I have tried multiple plug-in adapters, including my computer USB port. All attempts to contact Fitbit directly have been unsuccessful. They do offer customer support via Twitter according to their support page, but I don't use and am not going to sign up for a Twitter account just to beg for support on an overpriced product. So, until my battery is completely drained, I remain a Fitbit user. Once the battery is dead I guess I will return this item to Bestbuy and look at other products such as the Apple Watch.

My Sense bricked 1 week after the manufacturer warranty has expired - can’t charge, can’t turn it on, can’t reset.

The setup is not straight forward in pairing with phone. Had to chat with online help desk which was easy and got issues resolved quickly. Weather, text messages and call receiving and talking work. However the watch does not display notifications from Ring, Blink or Ebay among others yet. Fitness features work.

Great and super comfortable even to go to sleep with it on

I bought it for my wife and she really likes it. The charging system needs work. You have to have perfect alignment or the watch won’t charge

Its good except the frustrations of getting the manual start of exercise button isn't easy...and the screen tapping has to be hard.

The power button on this watch is a little temperamental. I was having issues getting the power to turn back on after I shut it down for a min. The design can be improved.

Great watch with great functions. Have had issues keeping it connected to my phone. Sometimes I have to restart both the watch and my phone to fix the issue.

Love my Versa! keeps great track of lots of good stuff.

I love my new watch, i upgraded from the charge 2. GPS isn't as accurate as i would have hoped. I definitely steps when pushing stroller or shopping cart

I wish I knew how this worked. I bought this for my boyfriends birthday and a few weeks later I got ghosted. Was not able to know how it works.

Finding that I struggle to exercise, this smartwatch has been a motivator. I love that I can get instant insights into my well being plus monitor my activities. I am already seeing some progress. For me it is slow, but sure and the Fitbit just keeps me going. Not sure why, but it works for me! Love it!
