Best version of the Fitbit I've had. Steps are much more accurate than previous versions. More exercise options. Logs swimming. Great display and options for clock faces. Comes with 6 month Premium subscription, and it's well worth it to track sleep, has exercise programs you can do, etc.

Shut down automatically and won’t turn back on .. couldn’t restart or perform factory restart because nothing happens even if i charge it overnight . Force restart and the device is stuck on the logo. Contacted Fitbit support and they are offering a replacement. Never had such experience

So far so good. Everything I expect from fitbit. Its a good watch.

First time buying a Fitbit, I can honestly say this item was well worh the money and when time comes I will buy again. The added fitbit subscription for 6 months was a positive feature. I would recommend this product.

I love this health watch because it has everything I need plus simple and elegant.

This is such an awesome fitness watch!! It will read your body temp and let you know if you were running a temp, checks heart rate, steps, ekg, and so much more. This is almost a must have you will definitely not be disappointed!

Overall the smartwatch is ok. The metrics are not very accurate. For example, I wore the watch to bed, woke up and had already logged 10 steps - really? I could live with the inaccurate metrics because I knew from previous reviewers of this flaw in the smartwatch. The real reason that I am giving it one star is Fitbit knows that they have a design flaw in their charging cable. After a few months of use, one pin(upper left) is recessed and you can no longer charge your watch. If you search this issue you will find 100s of posts on this exact issue. Fitbit knows about the issue and refuses to fix it. I just got the Fitbit email denying me a new cable and offering a link to their website to buy a new one. Seriously? The lack of customer support and poor metrics - buy a different brand. This will be my last fitbit.

Dropped Fitbit watch approximately 14” trying to put on watch band. Cracked the screen and Fitbit wouldn’t fix it or replace it. Only had it one day. Christmas present from Grandson.

Screen is beyond fragile with Fitbit customer support being a joke. Fitbit won’t even service or repair but quick to sell you a new item. Don’t waist your money.

I’m happy with my Fitbit sense. I wish the battery lasted longer though.

I love it. It reminds me to take my steps every hour.

I like it but 30 days after I bought I noticed the screen was cracked. I went to bed and it wasn’t cracked and in the morning it was cracked. Must be really flimsy glass because I’ve read lots of others have this problem. I’ll wear it until it completely breaks then buy something better. I only see one place that repairs them and it costs 90% of the cost of a new one.

Corning Gorilla Glass 3 didn't help this 3 month old Fitbit Sense when it fell from 3 feet high to the floor at home. Repair or screen replacement are not an option on Sense. My only option is to take the loss and stay away Fitbit.

This device has performed poorly. The original device purchased overheated. It was replaced. The replacement device updated itself and then stopped working. It is currently stuck on the start-up screen until the battery runs down. If a hard reset is attempted, it continually vibrates while the button is pressed. The device is now out of warranty, and there is no support or repair. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this device to serious users.
