I enjoy owning this watch very much. I don't use it a lot for the fitness features, but I think it is a great watch. I previous owned a smaller Fitbit watch but I think this one is much better because of it's size and features. I also own Garmin and Samsung watches and I think they are all great. I think this watch is comfortable to wear also. I would recommend this watch to anyone who is looking for a great all around watch with a lot of features.

I bought this gift for a family member. She enjoys the watch and being able to see calls and texts while at work. Her favorite function is being able to speech to text reply to texts. If you like to workout, this watch is incredible.

Have to try to figure out the watch on your own. Bought this watch for my wife. Which it had instructions.

I absolutely love my Fitbit Sense! It is easy to setup and easy to use! I love that it monitors everything and generates health reports easily to view! I also love that you can see text messages and answer calls right from your wrist!

Stopped working after just over a year and a half without any damage or anything to the watch. Looking online, the issue I had where the watch just cycles through the loading screen and won't do anything has happened to a lot of people. Yet despite having an obviously flawed product, they will not offer replacement because they say it's out of warranty. As a result, I will never buy another FitBit product again as they are selling products they should know are flawed and then refuse to replace them.

I debated long what fitness tracker to purchase. Ultimately I chose the Fitbit Sense. That decision was most “sensible”! Easy to set up and use and provides excellent information and encouragement to persist in fitness. The free Premium trial has convinced me to continue with it once I need to pay! I am a cardiac patient and while the company warns that this is not a medical device, I will be discussing the data with my cardiologist. Because of my pacemaker, the ECG capability is not useful to me, but I appreciate everything else it does. Great decision!

So far, I really like this smartwatch. But I have not learned how to perform all the functions of it yet.

Fitbit is nice! The problem is the Oklahoma City store refused my wife to install her Zagg screen protector on her Fitbit, we have had and bought several items from BestBuy, and always have them put on our covers and such, we are very unhappy with this, so no more spending our money at bestbuy!!!!

I like this watch, but I wish it had a timer on it.

Have had it for 1 month as an upgrade from the charge 2 (that crapped out after 5 months) and I am debating on returning it. It has THE worst connectivity issues. If I do not go into the app and manually sync it at least every 18 hours, it cannot reconnect until I restart the fitbit, force close the app, turn off and back on bluetooth, and toggle the sense controls in the watch settings. Have done this at least 10 times the last month. The battery did ok until i downloaded a new update to the watch, now i cant go more than 2 days without charging. I may have to wander back to samsung watches... at least they let me reply freely to texts. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Bought it for my wife and she loves it. It looks nice for a fitness watch. She loves that she is able to answer her phone from the watch, and also be able to talk to the other person on the call from her watch, even though she does it.

Comfortable and perfect for fitness, sleep and heart rate tracking. I use wifi connections to receive texts.

Good price for a smartwatch withe features it carries. Vivid colors and good instructions. Whyget a apple watch when you can have this?

I bought the Fitbit Sense due to an irregular heartbeat issue. I had an Inspire 2 and it detected my heart rate but the cardiologist suggested I get something that could get more data. So far I'm liking everything but the battery life. I am not using most of the options on this watch and I need to charge it every day or every other day. I've started charging it every morning while I shower so that it has a full charge through the day and overnight. I tried new watch faces but once again the battery drained too quickly so I am using the original face. Not a deal breaker but seems odd to have optional faces then not be able to use them. It felt heavy at first but I've gotten used to it. Because I purchased this for monitoring my heart rate I like it. The screen seems sturdy. I have bumped it a few times and it shows no marks. I have not tried to use this fitbit to receive calls, texts, or listen to music.

Bought as a gift but they seem to really like it.

Love the watch so far. I've owned a few other Fitbits (Inspire HR, Ionic) as well as a couple of Apple Watches, and a Garmin (920xt) and this is my favorite so far. It does a great job of tracking heartrate - when i'm working out, i use a Garmin HRT chest strap, and the metrics on the treadmill are within 5 bpm of the watch. I always like Fitbit because of the sleep tracking, and now with the added stress checks and SpO2 tracking, it gives me solid information on how I'm doing. Also love Fitbit's online platform/app - best interface I've used by far.
