Watch worked great until a year was up, then it malfunctioned. I thought Fitbit was the way to go, I have had better luck with other watch brands. It's a good watch for the year of the warranty. Like I said it literally only lasted that long. I replaced it once with the same watch, the second one did the same thing. So I switched brands.

Purchased for mother in law she wears it everyday

I loved the fitbit sense especially during my outside workouts that was taking place. Unfortunately mine got stolen so I could not keep reaping the benefits of this watch but it is work the buy! The battery life is amazing, and I love how you can customized your front screen and also make alarms on the watch as well.

Great product to upgrade older model Fitbit. Not all the bells and whistles as Apple but half the cost. Need to buy new bad as the one it comes with isn’t very comfortable.

love the sense. still trying to figure stuff out. very good customer service when purchasing. was in and out in about 10 minutes or less

Wear my Fitbit daily! This model certainly is better than the rest

Works well, other than the spo2 reading in the app is flaky sometimes. I'll go a few days with the reading displaying on my watch but not syncing with the app. Otherwise it's been great

I am very happy with this purchase. This watch gives me everything I need to monitor my activities in regards to my health and cellphone.

So far this Fitbit is working great. Hopefully I will get more time with this watch.

My Pops loves his Fitbit he tracks his movement and is. Nor to keep tabs on his heart.

This is the worst fitbit i have owned. Does not stay connected at all. Ever! (Sense Controls). It will connect for a day or 2 then it stops. You have to keep re-connecting everytime. Nothing but a pain. I wish I would’ve went with the updated version. Have contacted customer support several times for this issues and still doesn’t work.

Easy to set up and use. It replaced the fitbit Ionic which is going to be given to my son. I did not pay for the additional application which should of been free with the purchase of the tracker.

Good watch and battery life. Vibrant and worth every penny

Light and conformable to wear. The device is not cheap and yet it still doesn't allow full access to all features without a subscription. Fitbit is too greedy...
