Have enjoying my new Fitbit Sense, Had a little trouble to start was in sleep mode and could not get in thing to work like it should. Fixed sleep mode and everything works fine

Great watch but it would not vibrate. It was set for .5 miles and it would not work. I spent 6 days on the phone with support.bi tried 2 sense watches and a Versa 3. I had to return them all. Bett yo using my Versa.

I love fitbit products however i just purchased this a couple days over a month ago and it had to be replaced! This isnt the first time, its every single time!

I am loving this tracker. The screen is big. The battery last a long time.

Metrics are fairly accurate. Though some of the features require extra calibration time even if you were wearing the watch before activating those features which can be annoying.

Lasted just til just pass warranty, then died. Would not buy brand again.

This is my 3rd FitBit that I have owned. My first was the Surge in 2015, then the first version of the Versa in 2018, and now with the Sense. The Sense is a beautiful watch with very easy to maneuver screens. The lone button is great as that was my complaint with the older watches (those tend to stick). But, the button is very easy to access and love all the features. A very nice watch focused on Health activities.

Looks really good on both men and women. Has amazing mindfulness features.

Great smart watch. Great battery life. Like the bigger screen, had the Charge 4 previously. It was great as well, but having all the extra features is nice. Much easier to see in the sunlight. No problems yet... : )

I purchased my Sense in November 2021 while on vacation due to my Versa3 getting wet and dying on me. I like the features and functions of the watch and app but the quality of the crystal is abysmal! I noticed my crystal was cracked last month and searched for a repair shop to replace it. Apparently no one does so I contacted Fitbit. Since the watch was out of warranty, they offered me a 35% discount to purchase another watch on their site. This excluded the new Sense 2 and Versa 4. Problem is that the original Sense and Versa 3 are not available on their site, so while a 35% discount sounds good, it is worthless. Looking through the Sense forums, this appears to be a common problem and many are unhappy with Fitbit customer service. To get less than a years use out of a watch that cost more than $200 is ridiculous. I don't abuse my watches and have been wearing one for over 60 years. This is the first time I have had a crystal crack in all those years and I can't pinpoint when it happened...just seemed to appear one day. One woman on the forum said that hers cracked while she was sleeping.

Nice design, useful features. Be aware that if you wear this Fitbit on a tattoo, it might not work!

I have really tried to like these devices, only to be disappointed. It seems that every year the watch will either "mysteriously" self destruct on a charger or just plain stop working. There is no longevity to these products and for the price point it is severly lacking in time in use.

I really am enjoying my new fitbit. It does so much in helping you keep tract of your health.
