Has most features I was looking for and senses are consistent and appear accurate. The auto activity tracker doesn’t always track and sometimes guesses the wrong activity. Tracks rowing machine as elliptical? (Could be because rowing is not listed in list of activities.) Swimming sometimes does not appear as activity although it does track heart rate.)

Very happy with this Fitbit. I previously had a Fitbit charge 5 and the Fitbit Sense has a few more features that come really handy, like the multimedia controls, Spotify control, some storage to download music for offline listening, Wi-Fi connection for updates and more. The increased size also makes it easier to reply to msgs via pre-conf replies or via the Google voice option. One thing I don't like about it is the fact that the button to turn on the screen on demand is in the middle of the left side of the watch's case which is kinda weird to reach. Battery lasts about 3 days for me with very little GPS usage. Overall, happy with my purchase, specially since I got it at a discount price.

I found the fitness features to be quite good but ended up returning the Sense because there were other various minor features that I couldn’t seem to integrate with my iPhone. Would highly recommend the Sense for Android users. Battery life is great - I ended up getting an Apple Watch but really miss the long Fitbit time between charges. Just be prepared for a somewhat frustrating experience if you’re pairing the Sense with the app on an iPhone.

I am very happy with this smartwatch. I've worn it everyday since purchase and love that it prompts me to get up and move when I sit at my desk for too long.

I really like my fitbit. It is very attractive on my wrist and really helps me with getting my steps in every day. I also like tracking my heartbeat as I have Afib.

I've owned several Fitbit trackers over the years. I just upgraded from the charge 4 to this. I like the display much better and the features. Being able to make and answer calls from the watch is a plus. I do not use the music feature. I have a Pandora account but you need to upgrade your membership to use it with the sense, no thanks. It auto tracks workouts or you can select from several options before you start your workout. I did not like the band that it came with and quickly upgraded to a Sport band. Battery life is a little disappointing as it only last about 4 days. They give you a free premium membership for 6 months so I will lose some features when that runs out, but overall I am satisfied with this purchase and its definitely an upgrade from the Charge 4.

Best fitbit to date. Great battery life. Works great

This was a gift for my Mother. her previous FitBit screen was too small and the piece that held the band to the face broke off. So, I decided to upgrade her to this model. She has had no complaints over the last couple of months - wears it to bed and everywhere she goes. Hopefully for the price, this Fitbit will last for more than a year!!!

Who am I? : My name is Timothy R. I live in Cincinnati Ohio. I am 23 years old, I work as a residential electrician. I'm consistently doing something outside, from kayaking, mowing grass, hiking to going to the gym 5 night a week. This is my honest, unbiased review of the Fitbit Sense smartwatch. I purchased this smartwatch in April of 2021, new from Best Buy for the amount of $269.00 + tax. I upgraded from the Fitbit Versa 3, so the Fitbit ecosystem is familiar. Pros: Battery life, Health/fitness metrics, Durability, and easy connection to phone. The functionality of this product works great when watch turns on. The health/fitness features are superb compared to other smartwatch products and the mobile app helps a lot too. The battery last a good amount of time (based on use), lasting approximately 2 days. I've really enjoyed the using the watch when It works correctly and it is very durable. I am a residential electrician, and I wear this watch daily in the construction environment and It holds up against dust, bumps, drops, and water/liquid. The negative aspect of this smartwatch really has made me not trust Fitbit as a brand and felt like the $269.00 + Tax purchase was a waste of money. Cons: Often connectivity issues, poor charger design, poor capacitive touch button, and a very common bootloop problem (look up on Fitbit forms & reddit before buying) The smartwatch is great until it isn't! About 6 months into owning the Fitbit sense, the watch got stuck in a bootloop (For those that don't know what that is, It is when a device has a software issues and is unable to properly turn on, repeatedly going through the boot screen until the battery dies). I contacted Fitbit, and since I was still under the 1 year warranty, they replaced the watch for free. Nice! Then about 4-6 months later, the charger broke. The charger has four small spring assisted pins that connect to four metal connectors on the bottom of the watch, magnetically. One of the pins got stuck down, unable to connect to the watch. Other watches charge wirelessly, which prevent any mechanical problems. Wish they implement this! I purchased another charger for about $20.00 + tax, and charged the smartwatch (as it died from the charger being broke). I tried to turn it on, and once again it was in another bootloop! Being aggravated at this point, I contacted Fitbit once again and explained everything. I am out of the warranty period by a little over a month and ultimately, they sent me a 35% off coupon for a new device! This device isn't even a year old considering they sent me a replacement about 6 months into ownership! So now its a paper weight, and I've spent over $300 in the watch, new charger and bands! Conclusion: I really enjoyed using the smartwatch when It was working as intended. The fact that the watch has a common bootloop problem and they don't have a solution to it is very frustrating. Only having one button (thats touch capacitive), prevents the watch for being factory wiped when the watch is unable to turn on/boot properly. Then they expect you to go buy another watch with a 35% off coupon so It can probably happen again. I had respect for Fitbit when I had the Fitbit Versa smartwatch as it was a very reliable watch, then I upgraded and was faced with consent problems & Fitbit as a company didn't have a real solution. Take this review as a honest opinion of the watch and Fitbit as a company. I'm not here to bash anyone or any company but I'd look into another brand of smartwatch. (Apple, Samsung, Garmin)

Love this health watch. It does everything that my child needs it to do, along with a few things she wants it to do.

Coming from a charge 3 that was experiencing the screen dying issues I decided to go the smartwatch route and since I've already got years of data in the fitbit system I went with the Sense. Yes, there are some features that haven't come out yet, but this is often the case with most devices. Also, with all of the sensors, and a pending google acquisition, there will definitely be more features rolling out in the future. To me though, given the price and current feature set, I'm very happy. Notifications and messages work great when paired with my Samsung phone. Fitbit stat tracking seems as good or better than my charge 3. I haven't had it long enough for it to develop a stess/temp baseline, but will update when I have. I love the ability to check weather and payment app works well. I'm a little dissapointed they don't support USAA as a bank for payments yet, but that's an easy thing for them to add in the future. All said, I bought a fitbit because I wanted a fitbit device with added features. If I'd simply wanted a smartwatch, there are more expensive options with more features. Overall though I'm very happy with it and don't have any major complaints. As the other reviewer said, until you've given it a week or two it's really hard to make an informed review, so take this as my initial impressions and I'll update if they change.

Well made and easy to use. Battery lasts longer than my versa2. Accurate in measuring steps, heart rate etc. I like that i can answer calls/ texts without searching out my iPhone.

In general, I have loved this watch and I'm not even using all of the features that this watch is loaded with! It is a premium watch including a very cool watch band and an unbelievable battery life! With other fitness watches, I would lose about 50% of the battery in one day. On a normal day, I lose only about 6% with this watch, and that is with working out in a gym. Very, very impressive watch and technology. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is that the original charger that came with the watch broke very quickly. I went off-market and got a charger that has a cradle off of Amazon, and now the watch is perfect again! (Just wish fitbit would have offered me some money back or even a new charger for my troubles, but no such accommodation was offered.) In all, I love this watch.

Love the sense I've had a few Fitbits. The last one being the versa and the sense is better. Only problem with the Fitbit in my opinion is battery life and my personal usage it doesn't last. I don't have notifications connected ect &the battery always dies

Bought this a birthday gift for my daughter. Best gift ever! it helps her with so much things. Amazing watch for health and fitness and the battery life is incredible. I want one for myself now!

Great battery life! Very comfortable band excellent performance.

Watch is very good, lasted a little over a year, then it lost its functionality as a smartwatch while charging one night. Fitbit did send me a replacement for free.
