Christmas present, Wife loves it. Challenge to sync up at times

I absolutely love this smart watch. It was extremely easy to set up and sync to my phone. It has helped me meet my daily fitness goals by keeping track of my steps and monitoring my heart rate. The ability to check my text messages and emails right on my wrist makes this product very convenient. Best of all, it looks amazing and it comfortable to wear day in and out. I would definitely recommend this smart watch.

I love this watch. The sleep information, step counting and ability to not worry if I am caught is the rain makes me so happy. Also, it is super easy to change clock faces. The battery life is AMAZING. The only draw back is how the band connects. I didn't like having to push the extra length under that band. I simply bought different ones.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She has always used Fitbit for years now and was ready for an upgrade. She loves it. Looks great, functions great. What else could ask for. You

I upgraded from my Versa 2 to the Sense and love the additional health features. The infinity band is extremely comfortable and I no longer catch the end of the band on edges. Love the band!

I am still learning all the things that my sense can do but I do enjoy the ease of checking steps, heart, stairs, etc. throughout my day. I like the ease of changing my bands.

I love my watch so far. It helps me keep track of my steps and more.

Great watch love all the features best Fitbit product over a Apple Watch. Let’s me know how well I slept does scans and many other wonderful things. So glad I purchased the Sense.

Christmas gift for the wife. She appears very satisfied with the features and eae of use. She said "Ths is wonderful, I didn't even know I wanted it!" Replaced another Fitbit unit.

I got this watch to replace my last fitBit watch which after 2 years had the bezel pop off ( didn't drop it or remember hitting anything) the FitBit Sense seemed to had the features I wanted and although I had an issue with the previous model I figured I would give them another try. With $100 off on sale the price was reasonable compared to say an Apple watch. So far so good. I do have an occasional issue trying to take an EKG reading, but I do have another device for that which is more accurate anyway.the band that came with it (silicone I think) is causing me some irritation (itchy feeling) so I am going to order a different one and hope it is more comfortable.

This is a replacement for the Inspire HR. I am glad I upgraded my watch. The display is easy to read. It is a user friendly watch with loads of ways to monitor your health.

Great product for the price would definitely buy another

I gave this to my wife at Christmas and she loves this watch! She said she particularly likes the ECG feature and sleep monitor. She is also pleased with the long battery life.

Still wear it and comfortable and must wear it everyday

The display is easy to read (clear & vibrant colors), switching out bands is easy, the charging system has been definitely upgraded from the previous Fitbit Versas, the health testing features are definitely advanced. The only problem I'm having is there's no Bluetooth calling, I cannot answer a phone call from my watch as it was advertised with having.

I am always about upgrading to the latest Fitbit - I think this is my 5th version...I love that the watch does so many things. I do not like that in order to use some of the features you have to have to pay an additional fee. I enjoy watching my stats and this new Sense has a lot of things to watch.

Great watch. Battery life lasts for days! Pairs great with apple and android.

I have been a fan of Fitbit since the Blaze model and later adopted the Ionic and have used its fitness features to successfully help for health and fitness levels the past few years. My Ionic recently died and thought the timing of the Sense and Versa 3 release were perfect since both had advertised on-board GPS so I didn't have to carry my phone with me on runs. While its true it does have built-in GPS, Fitbit neglected to mention that they removed the ability to store your own music on the device like you could with the Ionic and Versa 2. To download music you have to purchase a separate premium subscription to Deezer or Pandora (about $10/mo). I just don't feel like springing an additional $120 annually for the ability to store music when I had it for free on prior Fitbits. Without the ability to play my own onboard music , I'm stuck carrying my phone again on runs which defeats the point of the onboard GPS for me. Couple that with already paying for an annual premium Fitbit membership to get my full health metrics at $80 and further paying a $100 bucks for extra health sensing monitors which at this time are not fully fleshed out based on my testing make this version of the Fitbit not nearly worth the cost of what you are getting. Maybe down the line if they do firmware updates to address the music downloading and flesh out the stress and temperature metrics scoring to something that is useful I would reconsider, but not at this time. It is a shame as this watch is nice in many respects and has much of the same features I know and love but my advice if you want to stay in the Fitbit ecosystem, go with the Fitbit Charge 4 at half the cost but for me with so many other viable health and smart watch competitors to choose from I am going to test my luck elsewhere.

A great value as an improvement over the previous Versas. It also last longer between charges. The soft gold color is more appealing than typical yellow gold-tone color

I love the look & feel, but I am already having some issues with charging & error saying "unlock phone" when it's already unlocked. Unfortunately, I have had these issues over time with most Fitbits. This is only a month in though.
