Good product for the price. Got good deal at best buy

I love my Fitbit!! I use it daily for walking and every night to monitor how much sleep I get. This is my second Fitbit. I highly recommend it!

Battery life is better than my wife’s Apple Watch..

I returned this item. It was too big for my wrist

Took no time to get up and running. The app interface on my phone works great as well...and I chose this as opposed to the apple watch, even though I'm an iphone user.

This was a very welcome gift! I have had Fitbits before. I particularly like this one because the screen is larger and it has GPS.

I really enjoy my new Fitbit sense! It works great and connected senseless! Works just as well as my last one and I love all the new features like the smart pay and call feature!

My nephew wanted this because of nursing. He said it would help with things he does at work. He loves it! He uses it every day. No problems have occurred with it.

Throughout the two years, I have had this product, there have been several minor issues that I have needed to resolve. I have contacted Fitbit 3 or 4 times throughout the first year of owning this product. After the first year, things were exponentially worse. At first, this product would be unresponsive, delayed, spontaneously shut down, and had severe connection issues. Then, in the second year, I had issues with constant delay. Now, the product does not even keep charge or hold a charge. Conveniently, this final issue happened the minute the year warranty was up. Fitbit has only offered a coupon towards another Fitbit product as a solution to this issue.

Bought this for my husband as a gift, he loves it! It works with his iPhone and he’s finally hearing calls when he leaves this phone behind! It looks great too!

Easy to see and does everything it says it would do

Very helpful but the app is difficult to keep synced to the watch

I love this product as it makes me be more active. It does have a problem with the heart monitor being accurate, sometimes. It is good to have something to motivate me.

Original Fit Bit lasted 9 months and worked well, without issues until battery exploded inside. Fit Bit customer service sent out a replacement immediately.

Love this watch! Ive always been a fan of the square fitbits and this one is definitely the best so far. Plus i got it for a memorial day sale!

I bought this as an upgrade to my Fitbit Versa 2, and so far, I am pleased with the purchase. The additional metrics are very useful.

I purchased this for my husband who has a history of atrial fibrillation but doesn't know when he is out of sinus rhythm. This will alert him to that before he is in symptomatic CHF.
