I love this Fitbit Sense Smartwatch. I can keep track of so many health metrics. I am much more committed to my walking program now more than ever.

Still slow OS just like Versa 2. Had to go with the same home screen as Versa 2 as the rest of the options where to funky. Charger keeps getting worse and worse, Needs USB C and be simple. Improve controls over any media player on the phone, and stop the bloat ware.

Fitbit is always top notch quality. You really can’t go wrong with their products. This one really is the best bang for the buck on the market for everything it does. Great value.

Excellent fitbit. Great price on sale. Has stairs count and heart ECG. Most don't have the stair count and ECG together.

I bought this in April 2021. Long time Fitbit user and it was time to upgrade. This is the worst Fitbit I have had. It won't stay synced to my phone. At least every couple of weeks I will have to restart it to sync back up. Can't reply to texts 50% of the time, you will get an error. It will stop counting my steps randomly. I truely regret buying this and now I feel like I have wasted my money. Don't know if I will ever buy another Fitbit again after what I have gone through with this one. So just don't do it! Look at something else and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Bought this smartwatch for my girlfriend. She loves it, and she wears it everyday. She has no complaints at all and she says it is very user friendly

Have had this since September of 2020. I was hopeful that it wouldn't fritz in me like my Ionic did but I was wrong. The heartrate monitor is iffy at best. Its now stuck in an code to unlock... Reset loop that I can't get it to stop. I'll be making warranty claim later today.

This watch is a joke, more often than not, it didn't work. Of the first 2 weeks I had it, 11 of the days it gave me reading of no data being available.

Good buy. This watch has many simple features to use and is easy to use. Graphics are outstanding and easy-to-use. I wish I would have gotten this implement years ago.

I didn’t love the Sense. I felt like it was counting steps that I wasn’t taking which is great for my ego but false happiness. It also doesn’t connect to Apple phones so I don’t love that I actually returned it and got an apple watch which was the same price anyway

I had high hopes for this as I love my Fitbit devices but this one did not make the mark, it is a personal choice though due to finding it cumbersome to set up and the watch itself was just too masculine for me. Sadly it was returned and I got the Apple Watch with the ECG features.

Geek squad programed my fitbit for me,and tutored me on how to use it.very helpfull.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it! It helps him to monitor his weight, his heart, his sleep and his exercise. He has told me, "IT'S HIS BEST GIFT, EVER!"

My husband loves it. You can see the screen out in the sun easily. He also likes that you can change the screen and all the options on it.
