I don't use it. don't even know where it is. But when I did use it, it was great! I would honestly recommend it to anyone!

Got the new Sense and really enjoying it. Has so many new functions helping me keep track of health concerns. Great buy.

Nice product, good quality, the battery life for me is about 4 days. not as long as i was hoping for. other that that i would recommend the sense smart watch.

The first one stopped working after 5 months. Fitbit replaced without a hassle, but the second one is having issues after 2 months. My last Fitbit lasted 4yrs so I don’t know what happened to the quality, but it’s not the same.

This is my first fitbit. Great little device! Works with alexa, my amazon music and even works with incoming text and calls. I recommend this to anyone!

Had it not even 3 weeks when it slowly slid off a low chair, landed on the floor and shattered the screen. I had a Versa for 4 years, abused it and after all that all it had was a small scratch. Severely disappointed in the durability of this one.

My daughter was very excited to receive as a gift. Many great features and it fits her well. I would recommend this for anyone interested in tracking fitness.

Love the features on this watch! Keeps it's charge for a good amount of time and charges fast. My issue with is it the band. It's magnetic and comes off way to often causing the watch to fall. Not a fan of the new style.

This health smart watch is excellent for what I needed it. It does everything you need to know when you exercise and more. I highly recommend it .

I love Fitbit products. My fitbit Sence got me back to walking and I not going to the gym. (Soming that is expensive and cost a lot in gas).

Helps me maintain my habits and love the sleep quality tracker. It continues to motivate me to stay active. Charge time is also great.

What a watch! Awesome purchase. Love the ability to use it as a phone also. Lightweight and charge lasts a long time!

It’s not worth the money. The heart rate doesn’t work right, also the ecg app isn’t working either. The heart rate shows a very high rate while just sitting and then when you get up to walk around the heart rate goes down.

This is by far the best purchase I have made. It does so much more than expected. I learn something new about it everyday!

I've had 2 or 3 fitbits prior to the sense which I bought brand new shortly after it's release in fall 2020. This is complete garbage and not even worth $25. I've spoken with Fitbit customer several many many times over the last 8 months and I still have issues. The most frequent issue is I'll start an exercise (i.e. walk, running, spinning etc) and usually after 5-10 minutes, it'll shut off. In a 3 mile run, it will shut off about 3-5X at minimum. I've done the hard resets on the fitbit, app etc where it wipes all the info out, and nothing works.

The Fitbit sense is exactly what I was looking for. It has all the heart tracking apps to help me keep my heart healthy.

I have had my watch for 3 weeks and 1 of those weeks it has been getting fixed by FitBit because it would not charge. I was told by Best Buy wasn’t allowed to bring it back to the store even though I called on the 13th day of ownership. Policy said 14 days but I was informed I was not allowed. Hopefully Fitbit will stand behind their products because Best But didn’t.

Everything is great about this watch except for the band which pulls hair and hard to put on and does not track steps well. It will track all arm movement and give you way too many steps

Got this as a Mother's Day present for my wife. Once we made adjustments to notification settings that worked well with her IPhone she loved it.

My wife loves this! It was a tough call between this and an Apple Watch but it has been the right choice.
