    the watch would only hold charge for 3 days contrary to 5 days as stated on the FITBIT website. It has many features, but the battery has a big problem. The customer service was not much of help. My earlier sense would show 50-70 floos climbed per day which was totally wrong. Customer service said to turn of this feature -- Such a GOOD EXAMPLE OF PRODUCT FAILURE

    The watch worked as promised but I found it *uncomfortable on my wrist for the length of time that makes it so useful at health monitoring *not as stylish as I desired for such constant wearing

    Worked great for the first few months... then suddenly stopped charging. I tried all of the troubleshooting options on fitbits website. Even bought a new charger. Still won't charge.
