I tried the galaxy 4 classic watch but I got sick of charging it once or more a day. Also the fitbit is just way easier to use. I think the galaxy watch had 3 different apps to use for the one watch. Fitbit as one app and is simple to nagivate by comparison. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the watch but the strap was not as easy as other bands I’ve had with other Fitbits. I went ahead and replaced the band. Otherwise, it’s a great watch! Would have rated it a 5 if it wasn’t for the band.

This is a very comfortable watch, and the battery life is excellent. It's easy to clean and charge than my last Fitbit watch.

I replaced my Samsung smart watch with this primarily for the battery life, which has not disappointed. I get several days between charges. I hope that they are able to add to the available apps. An example would be the wallet. Of all my debit and credit cards, only one works. Overall, very happy with this. There are several wellness apps that I think are very beneficial. Other Fitbit watches have fallen apart in less than 2 years mostly due to the band. I don't think I'll have that problem with this.

Had it for a couple of weeks but wasnt for me. Nothing really wrong at all. Battery life is good and Fitbit really shines in the sleep tracking area

Bought it for my wife, She loves it does everything she needs and then some battery lasts for days, Has many great features

Battery life is stellar, and fast charging is an amazing feature to have, I can get another day or two of battery life just by throwing the watch on the charger while I'm in the shower. Fitness and sleep tracking is excellent, with the exception of heart tracking when it comes to sudden spikes (like when starting a workout). When this happens, the watch is slow to catch up to my actual heartrate. Once it does, it is generally accurate. Having Alexa on the watch is great, and the new UI is excellent.

The watch is working very well now, but initially I had problems with the syncing. I had my old fit bit on there and when I removed it, the new synced well. I am just sorry I could not keep both synced. Everything says it is supposed to work with more than one.

Great smart watch. This watch is very helpful for keeping track of your health.

Great watch but heart rates are inaccurate for the first 30 mins when exercising. The charger should be installed with caution as the post can break off very easily.
