If there is anything wrong with this watch it may be that it has too many features! This is my third Fitbit product. I moved from a Surge to an Ionic and now a Sense. Truthfully, if the Ionic were still available, I'd stick with that. The Sense replaced the Ionic and is still most like it. This was important that the "learning curve" would not become too steep that the watch was completely foreign. Instead, I was ready to go after a quick charge!

Love it! Does everything I wanted and battery lasts 4-5 days. Much better than Samsung''s smartwatch.

Luv this smart watch. Has robust functionality, easy to use. Interfaces nicely with the FitBit app.

The sleep tracking is what I was looking for. The battery life is better than the Apple Watch.

I love it! It holds a charge for a week and charges super fast. It tells me so much and of course tracks.

I have loved the Fitbit app features for years now and the Sense Smartwatch is the closest I’ve experienced to an AppleWatch so far. I just wish it had a few more features similar to the AppleWatch.

I was ready to purchase a new Fitbit and decided on the new Versa 3. However, when a close friend experienced heart problems, I changed my choice to the new Sense. It has several more features (e.g. EDA and ECG...look them up!) for ensuring heart and mind health. The only downside: it is expensive! But, who can put a value on good health. Also, I liked the gold watch, but not the white band. I immediately purchased additional third-party bands.

Does everything an Apple Watch does at half the price.

Heat watch, love wearing it. It has just the enough information for me.

Purchased for my wife as a birthday present. She loved how easy it was to pair with her samsung phone and all of the features (how well she was sleeping, tracking her exercise, etc.) It was also a third of the price of the apple watches, which also pleased her. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fitness tracker that covers a lot of different bases and yet still looks stylish in a world moving away from wristwatches.

I purchased this Sense Fitbit because I had a Charge 3 Fitbit for 3 years and I was ready for an upgrade. I really like the extra features that this has. I wish that you didn't have to pay for the premium subscription to get some of the features though. Was hoping that it would have them available without cost. Love the style and the color. I purchased different color wristbands so it will coordinate with my outfits.

Love it. Helps me keep my steps info to get to my goals. Heart patient info is good too

Very competitive with other rivals in the market, but sometimes occurs issue while updating :(

I do love this Sense Fitbit but it's not alerting me with vibration like my Versa Fitbit when I have to walk to get the minimum 250 steps in within an hour. It also doesn't show me numerically how many steps I've done within that hour. It gives me a graph which is very hard to read. So, I therefore wear both Fitbits, Sense and Versa, so Versa will keep up with my count. Maybe I haven't set it up correctly. It's still new.

I bought the devise to replace a 1st generation Versa. It is far superior to my old watch. I especially appreciate the long battery life. Mine needs recharging after about 5 days to normal use. It syncs more smoothly than my previous watch. The call answering interface is a bit lame. I can barely hear the caller from the tiny speaker and the caller has difficulty hearing my voice. The display is bright and readable.
