Great product to upgrade older model Fitbit. Not all the bells and whistles as Apple but half the cost. Need to buy new bad as the one it comes with isn’t very comfortable.

The watch is fine, and when it functions correctly, is even great. Unfortunately the current software integrations are a disaster if you're using Google Assistant.

I love my Fitbit Sense. It was easy to set up. I’ve been using it mostly for monitoring my active zone minutes of exercise and hourly movement steps.

Had it for almost a year now and it seems to be fairly accurate but today the screen is separating from the body despite no visible damage anywhere.

I loved the fitbit sense especially during my outside workouts that was taking place. Unfortunately mine got stolen so I could not keep reaping the benefits of this watch but it is work the buy! The battery life is amazing, and I love how you can customized your front screen and also make alarms on the watch as well.

Love this watch/tracker. I had a Fitbit Charge 4 HR, but the screen was so small that I couldn't read it well. The face of the Fitbit Sense is large AND in color! It does all the things the Charge 4 did, only better. I was also able to change the clock face and chose a Halloween pic from the website....in color. The band is ok. It's a little hard to put on at first, but it gets easier. I don't like the plastic material much though. I'll probably get a new band eventually. The battery seems to lack a lot. I do use my tracker at least twice, sometimes 3x, a day for walking. I usually walk between 3-5 miles a day plus my normal walking. I have to charge the battery about every 2 days. The charger is awesome. It's magnetic and attaches to the back of the watch. It charges very fast, though.

Just a Versa 2 with a bad button redesign

I have a Versa 2. The only thing I didn’t care for on the Versa 2 was the band attachment design which was derivative of the old Blaze. That is the only significant improvement on the Sense/Versa 3 where the design is MUCH better then previous Fitbit solutions. No more fumbling with pins. I like exchanging the band out on a nearly daily basis so this is a welcome improvement. Now they just need to start making bands. However there are too many issues to justify the upgrade. 1. UI is sluggish. Screen response time can be slow to point where you are guessing whether or not you actually swiped the screen or pushed the button. 2. The button or lack thereof is a PAIN. It refuses to recognize my thumb when depressing. I have to contort my index finger to get it to work and then press VERY firmly. . THEN at random times the button will register against my arm if I flex my wrist just so! The actual physical button on the Versa 2 was much better! 3. The ECG is a manual process. The watch does not monitor in the background. I don’t understand the usefulness of this feature if you have to manually test all the time. It should be automatically checking In background at periodic intervals ( once an hour? ) 4. The SPO2 only works if you use the ( ugly) clock face supplied by Fitbit! Forget installing other clock faces through the store if you want to monitor SPO2! 5. Nebulous metrics. There are a host of metrics with absolutely no insight into the meaning relative to your overall health. For example, Heartrate variability. No documentation offered to explain the usefulness of this metric and how this could be symptomatic. Overall , I’m a bit disappointed especially when compared to the Versa 2.

Great health tracker, I use it mainly for the health side of things so not as much as a smartwatch. Pros: - ecg sensor is cool - great battery life (4 days minimum, can usually get 5 though) - bright screen - can use always on display - new charging port that is magnetic and awesome Cons: - Can't use old straps from versa 1/2 (not a huge deal though)

    Fitbit Sense

This is my third Fitbit Sense the latest purchased new in January 2023. Now it’s May 8, 2023 and the unit is not properly recording my Heart Rate during sleep which ties into sleep activity recording. It was recording my sleep activity correctly until May 1, 2023. Now it shows this message on Sleep Details “Your tracker couldn’t get a consistent heart-rate reading while you slept” Nothing changed after May 1, 2023 so I am not sure why this is now happening. This unit as with previous ones has also stopped recording breathing rate and heart rate variability. I use the Fitbit to record my swim laps and that is when the issues seem to start. If the Fitbit does not detect a consistent HR it will not record your sleep correctly. Same issue as my previous purchases. Fitbit Support is of no help and I already have their troubleshooting steps memorized from calling in on the past two units which eventually crashed. I bought the third unit because I was told those issues were fixed in a FW Update and the units was on sale. Looks like the Garmin will be my next choice.
