I have been using this for the last 6 months so my review is based on my experience with the device. In the last 6 months, i got 3 replacement under warranty so I would say the device is not reliable but the fitbit support is really great - if you face any issues with the device , they will send you a refurbished replacement.

Upgraded from Charge 3. Good Choice and was on sale.

Looks really nice and works well. I just wish all my watch bands from my Versa 2 worked on this watch.

Disappointed in the 4th Fitbit I've owned to much time spent with customer service

Very disappointed in the heart rate tracking of the sense. I bought a new FitBit because my versa 2 heart rate/battery was no longer working and I would have been better off saving my money or making the conversion to an Apple watch. To say I'm upset is an understatement. If you care about heart rate monitoring during a work out (weights, air bike), save yourself the money and buy something else.

The first Fitbit is the best smartwatch out her today.

I was hesitant to purchase a new Fitbit because I loved my Charge 4. I'm so glad I decided to make the change! Love my new Sense with its beautiful colored screen and wow! so much information. Easy to use and more comfortable, too!

Love this Fitbit! I'm not tech talented but this talks you through step by step. You can keep track of your diet, water intake, sleep patterns, steps, stairs, and so much more. I'm still finding new things it does. For me the battery lasts just about a week.

Got it for my mom for Christmas. We’ve had a Fitbit since 2012 and it was just time for an upgrade.

Nothing to do with the function of the Fitbit, rather than the design flaw of the placement of the battery ports, with the way it has to charge. I have trouble charging it because the ports that the battery has to make contact with are dirty due to the ports being on the bottom of the Fitbit, which is in contact with the skin. The ports are really small & hard to clean. Other than that, it works like it's supposed to.
