STOPPED WORKING FOR NO REASON…GOT IT TO REPLACE MY VERSA WHICH I LOVED!! THIS ONE- NOT SO MUCH

Not worth the price! This watch is a disappointment. Battery life is maybe two days & the bells & whistles are just average. Too many bugs to work out. I would give it another year or two. Maybe by then it will be worth the price. Also, my husband has large hands & Fitbit watch bands don’t come in xlarge so the band on the watch is really too small & uncomfortable.

I accidently swam with my Charge 2 fitbit and could not find another to buy to replace. Got the sense for its advanced heart features, but it is not very user friendly. Also it gave me horrible rashes causing me to find a replacement watchband - what has Fitbit not yet found a band that does not cause allergic reactions?

looks good. connection and battery life are better than old model. Others are the same.

Ordered two for both of us. Have two charge every other day. That sucks. Great features, but!

I recently replaced my Versa 2 with this. I love it. I wear it everyday. It is excellent at keeping count of my sleep, my stress levels, heart rate, temperature range, step count, calories etc. I am happy with this device and plan to stick with the Fitbit family.

Great Fitbit. One issue is it does not detect sleep as well as previous fitbits.

I brought this smart watch for my brother in law for his birthday.

The overall product is excellent. Except for 1 detail: there is a recurrent issue with the top left connector on the charger. I have replaced about 4 charging cables by now and all suffer from the same problem. Really takes the gloss away from an otherwise good product. Google is assisting me with replacements though.

This is my 3rd Fitbit. Love it, Love it, Love It! at first I thought the body of the watch was a lil big, but I got used to it in short order. Ordered a more stylish metal band and I love it even more...

Fitbit Sense does a great job of counting my steps and monitoring BPMs. It is very versatile and has numerous functions that I am still exploring. I actually stopped using my Apple watch.

Overall I am just meh on this product. My main problem is that the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and therefore so many of the great features (health, calling, text) are not working consistently. The battery is great. Set up was ok but not great. Overall, I much prefer the Apple Watch.

Seems overpriced. Good Product. I had to return this as the GPS was not consistent at times during my workout.

If you are looking for an alternative from the Apple Watch then I highly recommend the Fitbit sense. It’s everything that an Apple Watch offers but in the sense. The sensors are spot on and accurate.

It's a nice step tracker, will test out the rest of the features once I get motivated.

Love it so far! However, disappointed in the accuracy of the sleep mode. At times it only records initial sleep but not if I wake up and fall back to sleep. But sometimes it does record this properly.

This is my first Fitbit and I'm loving it. Helps keep me on track with my goals, offers recipes & workouts & mindful programs. Had trouble setting up some of the programs, but customer service was great in assisting me.

I really like the advancement of this Fitbit.More options tham before. Also included am extra wrist band.

Wife very happy with gift. She has had fitbits before but is much happier with this version than ones in the past

Great watch it is my 3rd, I like it the best so far. My samsung would keep shutting down even though battery was good. The health Smartwatch 2 was a good value, not enough watch face choices and app was a little limited.
